As another wonderful year comes to a close we are happy to present the 2014 Community Choice Awards.
Make sure to stock up on some Poro-snax as we vote, discuss and recap all the things that happened this year in League.
Aatrox's secondary resource bar displays his Blood Well. Whenever Aatrox uses an ability that costs health, he stores 100% of the self-inflicted damage into his Blood Well, which can hold up to 105 / 138 / 171 / 207 / 244 / 283 / 323 / 365 / 408 / 453 / 500 / 548 / 598 / 649 / 702 / 756 / 813 / 870 health. If Aatrox has not dealt nor received damage in the last 5 seconds, his Blood Well will deplete at a rate of 2% per second.
STATIC COOLDOWN: 225
Aatrox's attack speed is increased by 0.6 / 0.7 / 0.8 / 0.9 / 1 / 1.1% for every 2% in his Blood Well, up to a maximum of 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% bonus attack speed.
Upon taking fatal damage, Aatrox will activate his Blood Well, placing himself in a stasis for up to 3 seconds. Over the stasis' duration, the Blood Well is drained to heal Aatrox for an amount equal to its current content, plus 35% of its maximum content as health.
After 1 second, Aatrox can prematurely end the stasis by moving, which also ends the health regeneration.
Blood Well is both a self-targeted buff and a passive ability that triggers when Aatrox takes fatal damage.
The maximum health Blood Well can restore is 141.75 / 186.3 / 230.85 / 279.45 / 329.4 / 382.05 / 436.05 / 492.75 / 550.8 / 611.55 / 675 / 739.8 / 807.3 / 876.15 / 947.7 / 1020.6 / 1097.55 / 1174.5
This is equivalent to 135% of the Blood Well's content, but the heal is composed of a base value of 35% of the maximum pool, plus 1% per 1% of its current content.
Dark Flight is often referred to as a "jump" ability. However, this is merely a description of its animation and doesn't represent an in-game mechanic―it is classified as a dash, and Aatrox will still interact with skill-shots and area of effects as if he were on the ground while in flight.
Dark Flight can be interrupted by knocking up or killing Aatrox during the animation.
If Aatrox is affected by other forms of crowd control while the animation is in progress, the crowd control effect will not take place until the animation finishes.
Dark Flight does not cancel other commands. Aatrox will immediately begin attacking after he lands.
With smartcast on, Dark Flight will be cast immediately and at 650-range if the cursor is beyond that.
Toggle Off: Aatrox siphons the life of his enemies, restoring his own health on every third basic attack. When Aatrox is below 50% of his maximum health, the amount of health restored is tripled.
Active: Aatrox draws in and empowers himself on the blood of his foes, immediately dealing magic damage to nearby enemy champions, then gaining bonus attack speed and 175 attack range (325 total range) for 12 seconds.
