Upon ability cast, Alistar will stampede for 3 seconds, ignoring unit collision and dealing 7 + (1 × Alistar's level) (+10% AP) magic damage per second to nearby enemy units and structures. Deals double damage to enemy minions.
Subsequent ability casts will refresh the duration of Trample, but its damage will not stack.
Active: Alistar smashes the ground beneath him, dealing magic damage to all enemies in the area and tossing them into the air, knocking them up for 1 second and stunning them upon landing for 0.2 seconds.
Prior to patch 4.15 If you selected to attack your target prior to using Headbutt, Alistar would automatically and immediately attack after colliding with almost no attack wind-up. This interaction made spellblade items particularly potent on Alistar however this was removed because the opponent had no way to retaliate.
