Mana Barrier
(Innate): When Blitzcrank's life is brought below 20% health he activates Mana Barrier, creating a shield that lasts 10 seconds. The shield strength is equal to 50% of Blitzcrank's current mana. There is a 90 second cooldown before Blitzcrank can activate this effect again.
Mana Barrier is a passive ability that activates when Blitzcrank's health hits 20% or lower of its maximum level, granting Blitzcrank an absorption shield. The strength by the shield is dependent on Blitzcrank's current mana at the time of activation. Mana Barrier lasts up to 10 seconds and has a 90 second static cooldown.
  • Mana Barrier's cooldown starts as soon as it activates, not when it ends.
  • Mana Barrier's cooldown is static and is not affected by cooldown reduction.
  • Any damage that puts Blitzcrank below 20% health is instead dealt to Mana Barrier.
  • If Blitzcrank is killed from anywhere higher than 20% health (from massive burst damage), Mana Barrier will not activate and it will not go on cooldown.
  • If Blitzcrank is already below 20% health when Mana Barrier's cooldown ends, it will not activate until he takes damage again.

Rocket Grab
(Active): Blitzcrank fires his right hand at a straight line to the target area. If his hand encounters an enemy unit it will stun them, deal magic damage, and pull the enemy unit to him. Also grants the target's vision when he pulls.
  • Cost: 120 mana
  • Range: 925
  • Projectile Speed: 1800

Cooldown: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 seconds

Magic Damage: 80 / 135 / 190 / 245 / 300 (+1.0 per ability power)

Rocket Grab is a collision linear skillshot that deals magic damage and stuns the first enemy unit it comes into contact with. In addition, the target will be pulled towards Blitzcrank.
  • Rocket Grab does not proc on-hit effects.
  • Rocket Grab procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all single target spells and abilities with full effect.
  • Rocket Grab pops Spell Shield.
  • Rocket Grab will damage  Black Shield and the stun and pull effects are negated.
  • Rocket Grab has a brief channel time (0.1s) upon cast before it activates.
  • Rocket Grab deals damage upon encountering a target, not upon completion of the pull.
  • Rocket Grab can hit and pull stealthed units. It will reveal them only if their stealth state depends on their movement or location ( Akali's  Twilight Shroud and Teemo's  Camouflage).
  • Rocket Grab can be used to pull enemies through walls.
  • Rocket Grab can hit and pull minions and monsters (will not pull Baron Nashor and Vilemaw).
  • Rocket Grab cannot hit or pull wards.
  • Rocket Grab will hit and damage  H-28G Evolution Turret and visible  Jack In The Box, but will not pull these traps towards Blitzcrank.
  • Blitzcrank will attempt to attack enemy champions that are successfully pulled towards him.
  • Cleanse,  Remove Scurvy or Quicksilver Sash used by enemy champions while being pulled will not interrupt Rocket Grab and the champion will reach Blitzcrank.
  • Blitzcrank cannot use Flash if hits a pullable target until his target reaches him.

  • Ezreal's  Arcane Shift can can be used to escape Blitzcrank grab during pull.
  • If Blitzcrank is moved after Rocket Grab hits a target, the target will be pulled to Blitzcrank's starting location.
    • If two Blitzcranks Rocket Grab each other at the same time, they will switch locations.
  • If Blitzcrank's Rocket Grab pulls Sona and she uses  Crescendo during the pull, Blitzcrank will be stunned and Sona will be pulled to him.
  • If Thresh has thrown out his  lantern, Blitzcrank can actually use the teleportation trait of the lantern during the pull.

(Active): Blitzcrank super charges himself to gain dramatically increased movement and attack speed for 8 seconds.
  • Cost: 75 mana
  • Cooldown: 15 seconds

Overdrive is a self-targeted ability that grants Blitzcrank increased movement speed and attack speed for a short duration.
  • Overdrive has no casting time and does not interrupt Blitzcrank's previous orders.

Power Fist
(Active): Blitzcrank charges up his fist to make his next attack deal double his total attack damage and pop his target up in the air.
  • Cost: 25 mana

Cooldown: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds

Power Fist is an autoattack modifier that causes Blitzcrank's next autoattack within the next 11 seconds to deal additional physical damage equal to his total attack damage, and knock up the attacked target for 1 second.
  • Power Fist procs on-hit effects.
  • Power Fist pops Spell Shield.
  • Power Fist will not damage  Black Shield but the knockup will be negated.
  • Power Fist does not proc spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all abilities that proc on-hit effects.
  • Power Fist will reset Blitzcrank's attack timer on cast.
  • Power Fist's bonus damage can affect turrets and other structures.
  • Power Fist's bonus damage will benefit from life steal.
  • Power Fist cannot crit in itself. However, if the auto-attack that triggers Power Fist is a critical strike, it will increase the damage Power Fist inflicts.
    • Power Fist is an additive damage bonus, not multiplicative. If Power Fist critically strikes, Blitzcrank's attack will deal 3x it's normal damage, not 4x.
  • Power Fist's cooldown timer does not begin until the buff is either used or expires.
  • Power Fist will knock an enemy up if Blitzcrank is silenced, but not blinded or if the attack is dodged or blocked or parried ( Counter Strike/ Aegis Protection/ Riposte).
Power Fist

Static Field
(Passive): Blitzcrank causes lightning bolts to deal a small amount of magic damage to nearby enemies every 2.5 seconds.

(Active): Blitzcrank can activate this ability to deal a huge amount of magic damage to nearby enemies and silence them for 0.5 seconds. This cannot target stealthed enemies. This removes the passive lightning bolts until Static Field becomes available again.

  • Cost: 150 mana
  • Cooldown: 30 seconds
  • Active Diameter of AoE: 600
  • Passive Range: 450

Passive Magic Damage: 100 / 200 / 300 (+0.25 per ability power)

Active Magic Damage: 250 / 375 / 500 (+1.0 per ability power)

Static Field is an ability with proximity self-target passive and point blank area of effect active components. Static Field passively deals magic damage to a random enemy unit in a radius around Blitzcrank every 2.5 seconds.
  • Static Field's passive does not proc on-hit effects.
  • Static Field's passive procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all single target spells and abilities with full effect.
  • Static Field's passive pops Spell Shield.
  • Static Field's passive will damage  Black Shield.
  • Static Field's passive cannot target or hit stealthed enemy champions.
  • Static Field's passive has an internal cooldown, and is not affected by cooldown reduction.
  • Static Field's passive can target and hit enemy units in the Fog of War.
  • While Blitzcrank is within brush, Static Field can still target and damage enemy units outside the brush. Enemies will see the lightning bolt visual effect, but Blitzcrank is not revealed.
  • If a bolt strikes an enemy with Muramana active, the passive of Muramana will apply

When activated, Static Field is a point blank area of effect ability that deals magic damage and silences all enemy units in a radius around Blitzcrank. Static Field's passive effect is lost while the ability is on cooldown.

  • Static Field's active does not proc on-hit effects.
  • Static Field's active procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all area of effect spells and abilities with diminished effect.
  • Static Field's active pops Spell Shield.
  • Static Field's active will damage  Black Shield and the silence will be negated.
  • Static Field's active can hit stealthed enemy champions, but it will not reveal them.
