As we all know, Tenacious was taken out of the game and replaced with Swiftness for this season. However, the additional details on Irelia's passive say otherwise. I'm not very good at editing so I can't fix it myself, but I just thought I'd bring that to attention. This is only one of many mistakes that I've seen across the pages of certain champions.
What's on your mind?

Before you jump and say the word "sex" is a word not allowed for PG-13 people, let me just say its a perfectly natural word used to describe a biological difference between two types of people in the biological sense, not just the act of doing the thing.
What is the difference between sex and gender?
Sex = male and female
Gender = masculine and feminine
So in essence:
Sex refers to biological differences; chromosomes, hormonal profiles, internal and external sex organs.
Gender describes the characteristics that a society or culture delineates as masculine or feminine.
We have been wrong all along in the champion bios, we should add the "Sex" tab cause that will properly convey what a person is biologically, and their gender is what the person is socially. Champions like Fiddlesticks, Blitz, Orianna and such have no sex, but are gendered as ether masculine or feminine. Same with biologically genderless champions of the Shadow Isles and many more.
Today when I went to the wiki, the most unusual thing happened. Since we all know the champion Icons on the main page lead you to the respected champion pages, now it just shows the Icon square for that champion. Of course it took me three clicks on the Icon for it to properly link me to the champion and I want to know why did that bug happen?
I'm not sure if this is the right place, but why can't I publish editted pages of a strategy page I editted. I keep pressing Publish, but it cancels itself or something. Did I get banned from editting?
It's actually insanely deafening. I had my system volume at 40% and it blasted my eardrums entirely. And this isn't just one occurrence. Every single sound file on this website is about 2.5x louder than it should be.
Otherwise, you're literally endangering people. My ears are still ringing.
As per Thread:940851, all rights requests will now go through League of Legends Wiki:Requests for Permissions again. Rights requests via forums will no longer be entertained and will be closed on sight.
Could someone from LOL Wikia please update rotation to reflect actual free champions please. Its wrong on your main page and on rotation page.
Even you have fallen for this April's Fool. Come on.
I just noticed an anon helping to edit Kassadin's page, to change the name back to Kassadin from Draven. Comparing the two edits in the edit history, I noticed that the categories 2009 release, Beta stage release, and Released Champion were accidently deleted from the bottom of the page.
This isn't the first time I've seen this happen (I've made this mistake too in the past), so is there any way to prevent this from happening? Many edits happen to this wiki every day, and it's likely that categories have been inadverdently deleted dozens of times. Any way to prevent this completely so that categories don't need to be re-added?

I Vacuumen, nominate myself, for moderator.
As an active member on chat and one who has shown earnest desire to help the wiki I would like to request moderator to make the League of Legends wiki a better place.
- Background
Thread:940851
I proposed moving Wiki discussion back to the old Forum:League of Legends Wiki Issues. The response was generally in favor, with any arguments against the action resolved. Upon implementation, it was found that the old forum namespace/editing is disabled (to most users) as long as the "WikiFeature" Forums is active. We on the LoL wiki have had Forums since it was in WikiaLabs, being a relatively large community that was approached to test it out. As of now, it is still an incomplete feature.
- Proposal
I propose that we extend the agreed upon decision in the previous thread to disable the Forums function and return to the old talk page style of discussion.
In my opinion, forums are meant to be a higher form of discussion than comments, but the forums seem to have become little more than an extension of commenting (issues with the usage of Forums as community-related discussion threads are discussed in the other thread).
Don't think it's a huge issue, but I believe we should set a standard for when to use either radius or diameter on all the pages, like champion, item, and stats pages.
We should inform the reader the diameter of an ability when the ability's center has no visible feature (for example,
).EDIT: As ProtonZero has said, "if there is a visible thing on which an area is centered (a champion, a banner, a ward, whatever), then use radius".
I think that would make the entire thing simple.
I propose that discussion of wiki-based issues be moved back to the old forums.
- Why?
- Threads of discussion are difficult to follow in the linear system created by the new forums. Quotes are awkward (and take up massive amounts of space).
- Discussion seems to bear little relation to voting. Users joining a thread are immediately greeted by an introduction, followed by a "vote Y/N" option. Thus, any opinion that follows can be easily disregarded. In contrast, old discussions would require a reader to view previous discussion before coming to a discussion.
- Who votes, exactly? Thread:918663 lists 43 people as having voted "yes", but I count only 24 in the list displayed. Does this count anonymous user votes, then? (see also Thread:925026
- Who votes, exactly? (pt. 2) Thread:897553 Who are these voters? As an example, the first three listed users that voted "yes" have 0, 0, and 3 edits exactly (followed by ajnub). Also, quite a few seem to have voted for all three (S/N/O), because there's no recourse for doing so.
Perhaps it might be argued that the new forums allow more people to participate in discussion, but this is not intrinsically a good thing. Decisions should be met by informed users who have more than a vague inkling of what is going on. (please see RfB/Tech 2)
I will not be introducing a vote (to address the issue in bullet #2). Discussion will progress until no satisfactory, unresolved arguments are raised by one side or another.
Hello, I would like to have your opinion on removing the Secondary Abilities section for Irelia's Champion page.
The image used is just the icon buff that show the stack left. It isn't a secondary ability as
or the basic abilities of . And in the end, it break the flow of the layout. The wiki still uses the old names for runes almost everywhere, instead of the newer system of simply naming runes after what they do. It would be quite valuable to change all of these names over to the reformed system, since all of their inherent links are now lost. Instead of linking to the specific rune, there's no longer a section target for them, and they simply go to the top of List of runes. Updating the wiki's system for linking runes would make everything a lot easier to understand and deal with.
In our ongoing effort to improve the League of Legends wiki as a discussion environment, we will no longer be allowing anonymous contributors to comment on the wiki starting the 30th of March as per Thread:925026.
If you wish to continue using the commenting feature on this wiki, please make an account with Wikia via Special:UserSignup.
I feel like PBE patch notes is something that should be the part of the wiki as well. Right now we're forced to follow every post of external sites and noone seems to gether those notes in a single compilation.
Thoughts?
Luckyvampire blocked a recent IP. 152.26.230.46
It just so happens that that same IP that was blocked, is used by me at my workplace. It comes from my laptop, and although the IP has evidently been used by someone else, it is generally only used by me. If there is anyway that you guys could some how fix this issue please let me know, as it blocks my profile when I use that particular machine when my actual account, isnt blocked.
Well, sorry about the inconvenience Luckyvampire (talk)
Please Update the STRATEGY pages videos recommendations for runes and masteries pages to match the new available perks!
I dislike the change from lol.wikia to leagueoflegends wikia:
It takes longer to type - lol.wikia was so much faster. Who's stupid idea was it to spell it out?
Now google lucky search no longer works for Firefox users. For example, in the past just typing "lol wikia shaco" into the address bar lands immediately on the page. Now it doesn't even come to the top of google search results.
Who changed this? Can we return it to the way it was?
