Deadly Cadence
(Innate): After casting a spell, any subsequent spellcasts will cost 10% less for 5 seconds. This ability stacks up to 5 times.
Deadly Cadence is a passive ability that triggers upon casting any of Cassiopeia's champion abilities, giving her a buff that reduces all of her mana costs by 10% for 5 seconds. Subsequent spell casts will refresh the duration and cause the effect to stack, up to 5 times.

Noxious Blast
(Active): After a brief delay, Cassiopeia blasts a small target area with an explosion of poison. All targets hit are poisoned and dealt magic damage over 3 seconds. Cassiopeia is granted a movement speed boost for 3 seconds if she hits a champion with the spell.
  • Cooldown: 3 seconds
  • Delay: 0.6 seconds
  • Range: 850
  • Diameter of AoE: 150

Cost: 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 mana

Total Magic Damage: 75 / 115 / 155 / 195 / 235 (+0.8 per ability power)

Noxious Blast is a cursor targeted area of effect ability that emits a delayed explosion of poison at the target point. After a 0.6 second delay, enemy units at the point are poisoned and take magic damage over 3 seconds. Hitting an enemy champion with Noxious Blast will also grant Cassiopeia a movement speed bonus for 3 seconds.

Miasma
(Active): Cassiopeia throws a growing cloud of poison to a target location. The area lasts for 7 seconds and provides vision over it for the duration. Any enemy that passes through it is poisoned for 2 seconds that is renewed by continual exposure. Poisoned enemies receive magic damage each second and are slowed.
  • Cooldown: 9 seconds
  • Range to Center of AoE: 850
  • Diameter of Aoe: 100-175

Miasma is a ground targeted area of effect ability that spits a cloud of poison at the target area, lasting for 7 seconds and growing in size over its duration. Miasma will poison all enemy units that come into contact with it, dealing magic damage each second and slowing them. The effects will persist for 2 seconds after leaving the area of effect, and will continue to refresh while within it.

Twin Fang
(Active): Cassiopeia deals magic damage to her target. If the target is poisoned when hit then Twin Fang's cooldown is reduced to 0.5 seconds.
  • Cooldown: 5 seconds
  • Range: 700

Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana

Magic Damage: 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 (+0.55 per ability power)

Twin Fang is a targeted ability that will fire a projectile towards the target, dealing magic damage on impact. If the target was poisoned at the time of impact, Twin Fang's cooldown will be reduced to 0.5 seconds.
  • Twin Fang does not proc on-hit effects.
  • Twin Fang pops Spell Shield.
  • Twin Fang will damage  Black Shield.
  • As long as Cassiopeia can sustain it's mana cost and keep her opponent poisoned this ability offers the highest DPS in game ,even outmatching Karthus's Lay Waste (the previous holder) against a lone target or Ryze feared spell combos.
  • Twin Fang's cooldown reduction will only proc after it hits its target if it was poisoned.
  • If Twin Fang was blocked by a spell shield, its cooldown will still be reduced if the target was poisoned.
  • Twin Fang will go on full cooldown if it fails to land. For example when Fizz dodges it with  Playful.

Petrifying Gaze
(Active): Cassiopeia deals magic damage to all enemies in a cone in front of her. Enemies facing her when damaged are stunned for 2 seconds, while enemies facing away are slowed by 60% for the same duration.
  • Range: 850
  • Cone Angle: ~83º

Cost: 120 / 160 / 200 mana

Cooldown: 130 / 120 / 110 seconds

Magic Damage: 200 / 325 / 450 (+0.6 per ability power)

Petrifying Gaze is a conic skillshot that deals magic damage to all enemy units in the affected area. Additionally, Petrifying Gaze will stun all enemies facing Cassiopeia and slow all enemies facing away from her.
  • Petrifying Gaze does not proc on-hit effects.
  • Petrifying Gaze procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all area of effect spells and abilities with diminished effect.
  • Petrifying Gaze pops Spell Shield.
  • Petrifying Gaze will damage  Black Shield and the stun/slow will be negated.
  • Petrifying Gaze considers the direction of champions while they spin by either the direction they were facing before spinning (spells like Katarina's  Death Lotus), or the direction they're moving in while spinning (spells like Garen's  Judgment).
  • Petrifying Gaze has a brief channel time before its effects occur. The direction enemies are facing is only taken into account at the instant the ability's effects occur.
