Active: Cassiopeia throws a growing cloud of poison to a target location, granting sight of the area and growing from a radius of 125 to 250 over 7 seconds. Enemies in the area are poisoned, slowed, and take magic damage per second for 2 seconds. Continual exposure renews the poison.
Miasma provides sight in a 250 unit radius for the full duration.
COST: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana
Active: Cassiopeia fires fangs at an enemy, dealing magic damage and applying a stacking debuff that amplifies further poison damage by 20%. Stacks twice for a maximum of 40% amplification. If her target is poisoned, Twin Fang's cooldown is reduced to 0.5 seconds.
If the target becomes untargetable before Twin Fang hits, Twin Fang will go on full cooldown.
Unlike many newer champions, such as Diana, there is no grace period on Twin Fang's cooldown reduction effect for in-air Noxious Blasts or Miasmas. The target must be poisoned before Twin Fang hits.
Twin Fang's cooldown reduction effect will also trigger on the poisons of Teemo, Twitch and Singed.
Twin Fang's poison amplification will also amplify the poisons of Teemo and Singed.
COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 120 / 110 / 100
Active: After a brief delay, Cassiopeia blasts all enemies in a 80º cone in front of her with her gaze, dealing magic damage to them. Enemies facing her when damaged are stunned for 2 seconds, while enemies facing away are slowed by 60% for 2 seconds instead.
The facing direction of champions whose abilities/animations cause them to spin is always the direction they are moving in. In the event of abilities that cause the champion to spin on the spot, such as Katarina'sDeath Lotus, it will factor the direction they were facing on-cast.
Lucian is facing in the direction he is moving during The Culling, not the direction his model is facing.
