Phasewalker: Reduces the channel time of Recall by 1 second.Fleet of Foot: Grants 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 % movement speed.Expanded Mind: Grants 25 / 50 / 75 Mana.Scout: Increases the cast range of trinkets by 15%.Summoner's Insight: Reduces the cooldown of Summoner Spells by 8 / 14 / 20%.Strength of Spirit: Gain health regeneration equal to 0.3% of your maximum mana.Alchemist: Increases the duration of potions and elixirs by 10%.Greed: Grants 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 gold per 10 seconds.Runic Affinity: Increases shrine, relic and neutral buff durations by 20%.Vampirism: Grants 1 / 2 / 3 % life steal and spell vamp.Culinary Master: Your health potions are upgraded into Total Biscuits of Rejuvenation, that restore an additional 20 health and 10 mana instantly upon consumption.Scavenger: You gain 1 gold each time a nearby allied champion kills an enemy minion.Wealth: Increases starting gold by 40.Meditation: Once every 5 seconds, you will restore 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 % of your missing mana.Inspiration: Grants 10 / 20 experience every 10 seconds while near an allied champion with a higher level.Bandit: You gain 3 gold each time you attack an enemy champion (8 gold for melee attacks). This cannot trigger on the same champion more than once every 5 seconds.Intelligence: Grants 2 / 3.5 / 5 % cooldown reduction and reduces the cooldown of activated items by 8 / 14 / 20%.Wanderer: Grants 20 bonus movement speed while out of combat.Season 4 Utility

Summoner's Insight mastery s4.png Conjurer was a tier 2 utility mastery with 1 that was introduced to the PBE prior to V3.14, but it didn't make it into the live patch. It was not replaced with a new mastery and its slot remains vacant, although it's icon was adopted by Summoner's Insight mastery s4.png Summoner's Insight.

  • Summoned units, traps and clones have 10% increased duration. This does not affect wards.

  • Viktor Viktor's Chaos Storm.png Chaos Storm While the duration is increased to 7.7 seconds from 7 seconds, the additional time is not sufficient to incur an additional tick of damage.
  • Wukong Wukong's Decoy.png Decoy Pending for test: The decoy will detonate after 1.65 seconds, increased from 1.5 seconds.
  • Yorick Yorick's Unholy Covenant.png Ghouls Pending for test: Health will now decay over 5.5 seconds at 1.1 second intervals, increased from 5 seconds at 1 second intervals. The additional duration is not sufficient for the ghouls to perform an additional attack.

    • Conjurer does not affect the duration of the resurrected champion.
