Defense Mastery Tree

Block: Reduces incoming damage from champion basic attacks by 1 / 2.Recovery: Grants 1 / 2 health regeneration per 5 seconds.Swiftness: Reduces the effectiveness of slows by 7.5 / 15%.Tough Skin: Reduces damage taken from monsters by 1 / 2.Unyielding: Reduces all incoming damage from champions by 2 (1 on ranged champions).Veteran's Scars: Grants 12 / 24 / 36 health.Bladed Armor: When enemy monsters attack you they are inflicted with bleed for X seconds, dealing 1% of their current health as physical damage each second.Tenacious: Reduces the duration of crowd control effects by 10%.Juggernaut: Increases maximum health by 3%.Hardiness: Grants 2 / 3.5 / 5 armor.Resistance: Grants 2 / 3.5 / 5 magic resistance.Perseverance: Grants health regeneration equal to 0.35 / 0.675 / 1 % of your missing health.Adaptive Armor: If your bonus armor is greater than your bonus magic resistance, you gain (4% bonus armor) magic resistance. If your bonus magic resistance is greater than you bonus armor, you gain (4% bonus MR) armor.Reinforced Armor: Reduces damage taken from critical strikes by 10%.Evasive: Reduces damage taken from area of effect magic damage by 4%.Second Wind: Increases effectiveness of self-healing, health regen, life steal and spell vamp by 10% when below 25% health.Enchanted Armor: Increases your bonus armor and magic resistance by 2.5 / 5 / 7.5 / 10%.Oppression: Reduces damage taken from enemies with impaired movement by 2%.Legendary Guardian: Grants 3 armor and magic resistance for each nearby enemy champion.Season 4 Defense

Effect per rank

  • Increases your bonus armor and magic resistance by 2.5 / 5 / 7.5 / 10%.

Note

  • Since this mastery applies to items, owners of Frozen Heart item.png Frozen Heart, Thornmail item.png Thornmail, Spirit Visage item.png Spirit Visage etc. profit from this mastery.
  • Due to how this mastery only scales with bonus armor and magic resistance, champions who gain large amounts of armor and magic resist from their abilities, such as Rammus Rammus, Galio Galio, and Leona Leona, gain the most benefit from this mastery.
