Evelynn can only be seen by Vision Wards and champions within a certain distance to her while she is stealth.
Whenever Evelynn approaches a visible enemy champion, there will be an eye hovering above the enemy's model, that is only viewable by Evelynn. This eye changes color based on how far away Evelynn is from the enemy champion:
Yellow means Evelynn is close to being revealed.
Red means Evelynn is being revealed to the enemy team.
An exclamation symbol will appear over Eveylnn, that is only viewable by Evelynn, when being revealed by at least one visible enemy champion.
The eye will not appear above the enemy champion if she is in the fog of war for the enemy. For example, if Evelynn is standing in the bush, the eye will not appear regardless how close the enemy champion stands next to Evelynn until the enemy champion has some form of vision inside the bush.
