Riposte will block all damage from the basic attack, including on-hit effects or attack modifiers.
It does not stop any form of crowd control attached to the blocked attack.
Burst of Speed
Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11
Cost: 55 Mana
Active: Fiora gains additional attack speed for 3 seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her movement speed for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. Burst of Speed resets the autoattack timer.
Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed. Assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount.
Attack speed: 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120%
Movement speed: 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15%
Max movement speed: 21 / 27 / 33 / 39 / 45%
Burst of Speed is a self-buff that grants movement speed after an basic attack.
Burst of Speed resets Fiora's autoattack timer on-cast.
The attack speed buff and movement speed buff are two separate buffs.
Landing basic attacks or Lunge against units will grant movement speed for 3 seconds. This does not apply to structures.
The movement speed buff refreshes each time Fiora autoattacks within the first 3 seconds. This allows the movement speed buff to last up to a maximum of 6 seconds total if she performs an attack at the very beginning of the attack speed buff, and an attack at the very last moment of the attack speed buff.
Cooldown: 130 / 120 / 110
Cost: 100 Mana
Active: Fiora dashes around the battlefield—becoming untargetable in the process—dealing physical damage to random enemy champion(s) 5 times. Successive hits against the same target deal 25% damage. The first and last attack will be against the same target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.
On-hit effects damage are not reduced by Blade Waltz damage reduction on the same target.
Fiora will reappear next to the last enemy champion she attacks. This is normally her initial target as the last attack will always be at the initial target unless the target is killed before she performs her last attack.
Blade Waltz will prioritize blinking to new targets if within range of addition enemy champions before blinking back to an already struck target(s).
Blade Waltz will choose untargetable and invisible targets if necessary to continue the Blade Waltz, but the ability will deal no damage. If the target is revealed when Fiora jumps to them (in brush, fog of war or Shadow Walk), she'll deal damage as normal.
When blinking next to an enemy champion, there is a small period of time of when she is targetable. She can take damage from any source during this time and the turret's aggro will keep on re-locking to her if within range.
