The Murk Wolf camp consists of one large Greater Murk WolfSquare Greater Murk Wolf and two lesser Murk WolfSquare Murk Wolves. Killing this camp awards Gold Gold and Experience.


Lore

Murk WolfSquare Murk Wolves are mammalian creatures that are magically altered by runic magical energy scattered across the Summoner's Rift. They usually live near caves and dense forest growths. The color of their fur varies upon how much a murk wolf was altered by magical energy in the womb, ether a light brown color or a murky gray color. They have also been instances of mutations in this species, where some murk wolves are born with Greater Murk WolfSquare two heads. It is said that killing a Greater Murk Wolf with the spell of Smite summons forth a forest spirit to act as watcher for the victor.

  • Killing the Greater Murk Wolf grants 65 - 102 (based on level) experience.
  • Having a jungle item (Hunter's Talisman item Hunter's Machete item Skirmisher's Sabre item Stalker's Blade item) grants an additional 50 experience, and for each level below the Greater Murk Wolf's, you are granted an additional 50 experience.
  • Totaling between 115 - 465 (based on level difference) and 152 - 502 (based on level difference)
  • The first large monster killed grants an additional 120 experience.

  • Without slows, the Greater Murk Wolf has a movement speed of 450 (-7). When its Frenzy mastery 2013 patience runs out its movement speed is increased by 20%, to 450 (+90) (-40).

This bonus can only be claimed once per spawn.
      The Greater Murk Wolf gives off cyan bubbles if the Smite bonus is available. Once the bonus is harvested, the effect disappears until the Greater Murk Wolf respawns. This is only visible to champions with Smite Smite.
      The duration of the spirit is unaffected by Runic Affinity mastery 2016.png Runic Affinity.
