Relentless Assault
Relentless Assault

Jax gains 3.5 - 11 (based on level)% bonus attack speed for 2.5 seconds every time he lands a basic attack, stacking up to 8 times for a maximum of 28 - 88 (based on level)% bonus attack speed. Stacks fall off one at a time every 0.25 seconds after not basic attacking for 2.5 seconds.

Ability Details
Relentless Assault is an on-hit effect that grants a self-buff.

Additional Information:

  • Relentless Assault will be triggered when attacking structures.
  • Attacks that trigger Relentless Assault will always refresh its duration (even when fully stacked)

Leap Strike

Active: Jax dashes to the target unit or ward. If his target is an enemy, he deals physical damage to them.

  • Physical Damage: 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+ 60% AP) (+ 100% Bonus AD)
Ability Details
Leap Strike is a single-targeted dash usable on both enemies and allies.

Additional Information:

  • Leap Strike will damage the target regardless of whether or not they remained where they were at the time of Jax's casting as well as regardless of whether or not Jax successfully dashed.
  • Leap Strike can be used on any targetable allied or enemy unit (except towers or inhibitors)


Empower
COST: 30 Mana
COOLDOWN: 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 / 3
Empower

Active: Jax's next basic attack or Leap Strike.png Leap Strike within 10 seconds deals bonus magic damage.

  • Magic Damage: 40 / 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 (+ 60% AP)

Empower resets Jax's autoattack timer.

Ability Details
Empower is an on-hit effect.

Additional Information:

  • Empower has no cast time and does not interrupt Jax's previous orders.
  • Empower's bonus damage will cause Muramana item.png Muramana's to trigger twice with a single basic attack.


Counter Strike
RANGE: 187.5
COST: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 Mana
COOLDOWN: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8
Counter Strike

Active: Jax enters a defensive stance for up to 2 seconds, causing all basic attacks against him to miss. Jax also takes 25% reduced damage from all area of effect abilities.

At the end of the duration or if Counter Strike is reactivated, Jax Stun icon stuns all nearby enemies for 1 second and deals physical damage to them, increased by 20% for each attack dodged (up to a maximum of 100)

  • Minimum Physical Damage: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 50% Bonus AD)

Ability Details
Counter Strike is a point-blank area of effect.

Additional Information:

  • Counter Strike has no cast time and does not interrupt Jax's previous orders.
  • Counter Strike is not a channeled ability.
    • Jax will still dodge attacks and stun opponents when the duration ends even while being disabled by crowd control effects.
  • Counter Strike will also dodge abilities that can trigger on-hit effects (Parrrley.png Parrrley, Mystic Shot.png Mystic Shot) which will count towards Counter Strike's increased damage.
  • Counter Strike has a 1 second internal cooldown for reactivation.


Grandmaster's Might

Grandmaster&#039;s Might

Passive: Jax deals bonus magic damage on every third basic attack within 2.5 seconds.

  • Magic damage: 100 / 160 / 220 (+ 70% AP)

Active: Jax gains bonus armor and magic resistance for 8 seconds.

  • Armor: 30 / 50 / 70 (+ 50% Bonus AD)
  • Magic Resistance: 30 / 50 / 70 (+ 20% AP)
Ability Details

Additional Information:

  • Grandmaster's Might has no cast time and does not interrupt Jax's previous orders.
  • Despite being an on-hit effect Grandmaster's Might's damage will trigger spell effects as a single-target spell (Spell Vamp, Rylai&#039;s Crystal Scepter item.png Rylai's Crystal Scepter's Icy)
    • It will also cause Muramana item.png Muramana's bonus damage to trigger twice with a single attack.
  • Grandmaster's Might's bonus resistances are calculated on-cast.
    • They do not adjust dynamically with attack damage/ability power increases/reductions Jax could be affected by.
