To The Skies! will always direct Jayce linearly to his target's location.
If the target uses either Flash or a movement ability Jayce will not follow them.
When gaining bonus range when going through Acceleration GateShock Blast is simply re-targeted so as to reach a location further along its travel path (but further away from Jayce's original position) ignoring any range calculations whatsoever.
Shock Blast briefly grants vision of the area it explodes in.
If the enemy dashes at Jayce whilst Jayce is channeling Thundering Blow, they will get knocked back and travel the distance they have dashed as well as the knock-back distance provided by Thundering Blow.
Just like with HeadbuttThundering Blow's target is 'stunned' until they travel the entire displacement's distance, even if they hit terrain or structures along the way.
Acceleration Gate has no cast time and does not interrupt Jayce's previous orders.
Acceleration Gate does not grant bonus movement speed to pets or minions.

Cannon Stance - Active:Jayce transforms the Mercury Cannon into the Mercury Hammer, gaining new abilities, becoming melee, 5 / 15 / 25 / 35bonus armor and bonus magic resistance, and causing his next basic attack to deal 20 / 60 / 100 / 140(+ 25% bonus AD)bonus magic damage.
Jayce begins the game with Transform but cannot increase its rank. Instead, his basic abilities each have 6 ranks.
