| Inner Flame is a collision linear skillshot that deals magical damage and slows the first enemy hit and other enemy units around its location.
Soulflare deals increased damage and will, in addition to the previous effect, have an area of effect centered at its target (if hit) or at maximum range. Enemies in the area are slowed, and after 1.5 second delay will take magic damage. Soulflare values improve with leveling Mantra, and have no connection to Inner Flame level.
|(Active): Karma forms a ??-range tether to target enemy champion, revealing and damaging the target over 2 seconds at 0.66-second intervals. If the tether is not broken after the 2 seconds, the target is rooted.

| Focused Resolve is a targeted tether ability that deals damage over time while the tether persists. If the tether persists for 2 seconds, the target will be rooted in place for the duration.
Renewal deals increased damage and will, in addition to the previous effect, heal Karma over the duration of the tether based on her current missing health. Renewal values improve with leveling Mantra, and have no connection to Focused Resolve level.

| Inspire is a targeted ability that places an absorption shield on a target allied champion or allied minion, and increases the movement speed of that champion. For up to 4 seconds the shield will absorb incoming damage. Movement speed increase will last for 1.5 seconds.
Defiance increases the shield value and will, in addition to previous effect, apply a shield and a movement speed boost to all allies within 700 range of the original target, and will also deal magic damage to all enemies within 600 range of the original target. Defiance values improve with leveling Mantra, and have no connection to Inspire level.
|(Active): Karma empowers her next ability cast within the next 8 seconds, adding an additional effect. Empowered abilities share the same cooldown as their basic form.
