Passive: After using an ability, your next two basic attacks on-hit within 10 seconds are empowered. Each attack used against a champion grants

5, and also has a chance to instead grant a consumable item.

Applicable Consumables:

If the inventory is full while receiving a consumable item, it will be consumed immediately.

Manaless champions will not receive

Mana Potions. Wards cannot be obtained outside a

2 seconds

On Ascension, Kleptomancy is exchanged with Glacial Augment.
Kleptomancy will apply through abilities that apply on-hit effects.
Kleptomancy behaves similarly to, and stacks with, Spellblade items ( ).
If you receive a ward with Kleptomancy ( Pilfered Stealth Ward, Peering Farsight Ward, or Control Ward) while your inventory is full, the ward will instead be placed at the enemy champion's feet.
If you have the rune Biscuit Delivery, Total Biscuits of Everlasting Will obtained with Kleptomancy will increase your maximum mana when consumed or sold.
- Without Biscuit Delivery, Biscuits will not increase maximum mana when consumed or sold.
Elixir of Skill will not allow you to gain skill points beyond your champion's maximum, which is 18 for all champions except for 20 on Udyr.
Tests have shown that Mana Potions are substituted with Sly Sack of Gold on manaless champions, rather than being removed from loot table.

Kleptomancy's usage will depend on the champion's abilities:
1. It is great on low-cooldown on-hit abilities (e.g. Ezreal's Mystic Shot, Fiora's Lunge, Gangplank's Parrrley, Miss Fortune's Double Up, Yasuo's Steel Tempest).
2. It is good on low-cooldown enhanced attack (e.g. Garen's Decisive Strike, Illaoi's Harsh Lesson, Nasus' Siphoning Strike, Vayne's Tumble, Wukong's Crushing Blow, Xin Zhao's Three Talon Strike, Yorick's Last Rites).
3. It is decent on low-cooldown abilities which encourage basic attacking (e.g. Jayce's Hammer and Cannon Transforms, Skarner's Crystal Slash, Sona's Hymn of Valor, Viktor's Siphon Power).
Kleptomancy's dropped items will benefit from Trait: Inspiration, increasing the duration of potions and elixirs.

Kleptomancy grants a set of items that is, for the most part, a weaker version of an existing item.

Bug Fix: Level-up UI no longer persists when using Elixir of Skill at level 18.

Bug Fix: Using a Kleptomancy-looted Peering Farsight Totem while also having a Farsight Alteration in your inventory no longer puts your Farsight Alteration on cooldown.
