When LeBlanc is brought below 40% health, she instantly becomes stealthed for half a second. When the stealth fades, she creates a Mirror Image of herself that can move, deals no damage, has 53 + (17 × level) less health, and lasts for up to 8 seconds. Mirror Image has a static cooldown and is unaffected by cooldown reduction.

Total damage changed to 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 / 310 (+100% AP) from 90 / 150 / 210 / 270 / 330 (+90% AP). The increased AP ratio will trump the old base damage at 200 AP.
Silence duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2 seconds.

Distortion

Mana cost increased to 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 from 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100.
Cooldown now begins on-cast instead of after the second activation or the second activation times out (3 seconds).

Ethereal Chains

Cooldown increased to 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 from 10 at all ranks.
Leash duration lowered to 1.5 seconds from 2.
Snare duration changed to 1.5 seconds at all ranks from 1 / 1.3 / 1.6 / 1.9 / 2.2.

Now deals a specified amount of damage instead of 10 / 25 / 40 % of the ability's damage
