Active:Lee Sin roundhouse kicks the target enemy champion, instantly rooting them for 0.25 seconds, dealing physical damage and knocking them back 1200 units over 1 second. Enemies hit by the enemy-turned-projectile receive bonus physical damage and are knocked up for 1 second.
Dragon's Rage's target is rooted for its cast time (~0.25 seconds)
If Dragon's Rage's target dies when first hit there will be no displacement of any kind.
The displacement's direction is decided at the moment of impact and not by Lee Sin and his target's relative locations on-cast (the only way for Lee Sin to control where his target is displaced is by using Flash before Dragon's Rage's cast time ends)
