Legend Stack Gained VFX
- The gold value of Legend: Alacrity goes from 75 at 0 stacks (3% attack speed) to 450 at 10 stacks (18% attack speed).

- In-game tracker now shows attack speed gained instead of progress to next stack.
- Points per minion kill reduced to 4 from 5.

- Precision Slot 2 rune.
- Passive: Gain 3% (+1.5% per Legend stack) bonus attack speed, up to 18% with 10 stacks.
- Legend: Gain Legend stacks for every 100 points earned, up to 10:
- 100 points for champion takedowns
- 100 points for epic monster takedowns
- 25 points for large monster kills
- 5 point for minion kills
