Lightslinger
Lightslinger

After using an ability, Lucian's next basic attack within 3 seconds shoots twice, dealing 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% AD physical damage on the second shot, increased to 100% AD against minions, which also applies on-hit effects and can Critical strike icon critically strike (critical strike damage is halved against champions and monsters) If Lucian's primary target is killed before the second shot can go off, he automatically shoots another enemy.

Ability Details
Lightslinger is an on-cast effect with an on-attack effect component.

Additional Information:

  • Lightslinger is triggered and consumed by the first attack.
  • The second attack will prioritize enemy champions (even if hidden in fog of war or in brush) and enemy minions with low health.
    • Lightslinger will still be consumed if no second target is found when Lucian fires.
  • Lucian can move freely while firing Lightslinger since the second attack is integrated into the first one (like Double Strike.png Double Strike) and has special movement animations depending on the direction he is moving while firing.


Piercing Light

COST: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Mana

Piercing Light

Active: After a 0.35 seconds delay, Lucian fires a laser in the direction of the target enemy, dealing physical damage to all enemies in a line.

  • Physical Damage: 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+ 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100% bonus AD)
Ability Details
Piercing Light is a linear area of effect.

Additional Information:

  • Piercing Light will attempt to lead the target if it is moving but does not adjust further during cast time (enemies can dodge the laser if they change their velocity by a sufficient amount during the delay)


Ardent Blaze
RANGE: 900

COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10
Ardent Blaze

Active: Lucian fires a shot that explodes in a cross pattern upon hitting an enemy or reaching the end of its path, dealing magic damage, marking enemies hit for 6 seconds and granting Sight icon sight of them for the duration.

  • Magic Damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 90% AP)

Lucian gains bonus movement speed for 1 second if he or allied champions damage a marked target with basic attacks or abilities.

  • Bonus Movement Speed: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80
Ability Details
Ardent Blaze is linear, colliding skillshot with an area of effect component.

Additional Information:

  • Lucian will not gain Ardent Blaze's bonus movement speed if his attacks on marked targets are Counter Strike.png dodged, Aegis Protection.png blocked, Riposte.png parried, or if he is Blind icon blinded.
  • Ardent Blaze's cross pattern will grant Sight icon sight of any Vision Ward item.png Vision Ward hidden inside brushes.


Relentless Pursuit

COOLDOWN: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14
Relentless Pursuit

Active: Lucian dashes a short distance.

Relentless Pursuit's cooldown is reduced by 1 second (2 against enemy champions) for each Lightslinger.png Lightslinger shot landed.

Relentless Pursuit resets Lucian's autoattack timer.

Relentless Pursuit is a linear dash.

The Culling

Active: Lucian fires shots in the target direction for 3 seconds, dealing physical damage to the first enemy they collide with (damage is quadrupled against enemy minions)

While using The Culling, Lucian cannot use basic attacks or damaging abilities, and can only be interrupted by crowd control that inhibits his ability to use basic attacks, but is Ghost ghosted, can move freely, and can activate Relentless Pursuit.png Relentless Pursuit.

The Culling can be reactivated to end its effects prematurely.
