Mana Regeneration (also known as MP5) is a statistic similar to Health Regeneration which determines the amount of mana a champion regenerates over a five-second period. This happens in half-second intervals. Each champion that uses mana starts with a certain base rate of mana regeneration, which increases by a small amount at each level-up. It can be further increased by a variety of items, abilities, masteries, runes and neutral buffs, as detailed below. Mana regeneration stacks additively, meaning that each bonus point acquired directly affects its statistic. This is true whether the bonus is a flat value or percentage-based

  • Archangel's Staff item.png Archangel's Staff: +50% base mana regeneration, +250 mana, +80 ability power. Unique Passive – Insight: Grants (3% of your maximum mana) ability power. Unique Passive – Mana Charge: Each time you cast a spell or spend mana, grants +8 / 10 maximum mana (occurs up to 2 times every 8 / 6 seconds). Transforms into Seraph's Embrace item.png Seraph's Embrace at +750 mana. 3100 Gold.
  • Ardent Censer item.png Ardent Censer: +100% base mana regeneration, +40 ability power, +10% cooldown reduction. Unique Passive: +8% movement speed. Unique Passive: Your heals and shields on another champion grant them 15% attack speed and 30 magic damage on-hit for 6 seconds. 2200 Gold.
  • Athene's Unholy Grail item.png Athene's Unholy Grail: +100% base mana regeneration. Unique Passive – Mana Font: Restores 2% of missing mana every 5 seconds. +60 ability power, +25 magic resist, +20% cooldown reduction. Unique Passive: Restores 30% of your maximum mana on kill or assist. 2800 Gold.

  • Frost Queen's Claim item.png Frost Queen's Claim: +100% base mana regeneration, +50 ability power, +10% cooldown reduction, +2 gold per 10 seconds. Unique Passive – Tribute: Spells and basic attacks against champions or buildings deal 15 additional damage and grant 15 gold. This can occur up to 3 times every 30 seconds. Unique Active: Summon 2 icy ghosts for 6 seconds that seek out nearby enemy champions. Ghosts reveal enemies on contact and reduce their Movement Speed by 40% for 4 seconds (60 second cooldown). You may only be in possession of 1 Gold Income item. 2200 Gold.
  • Frostfang item.jpg Frostfang: +100% base mana regeneration, +10 ability power, +2 gold per 10 seconds. Unique Passive – Tribute: Spells and basic attacks against champions or buildings deal 15 additional damage and grant 15 gold. This can occur up to 3 times every 30 seconds. Killing a minion disables this passive for 12 seconds. 850 Gold.
  • Manamune item.png Manamune: +25% base mana regeneration, +250 mana, +25 attack damage. Unique Passive – Awe: Grants (2% of your maximum mana) attack damage. Unique Passive – Mana Charge: Each time you cast a spell or spend mana, grants + 4 / 8 maximum mana (occurs up to 2 times every 8 / 6 seconds). Transforms into Muramana item.png Muramana at +750 mana. 2400 Gold.
  • Mikael's Crucible item.png Mikael's Crucible: +100% base mana regeneration. Unique Passive – Mana Font: Restores 2% of missing mana every 5 seconds. +35 magic resistance, +10% cooldown reduction. Unique Active: Removes all stuns, roots, taunts, fears, silences and slows on an allied champion and heals that champion for 150 + (10% of your maximum health) (180 second cooldown). 2300 Gold.
  • Morellonomicon item.png Morellonomicon: +100% base mana regeneration, +80 ability power, +20% cooldown reduction. Unique Passive: Dealing magic damage to an enemy champion below 40% health inflicts Grievous Wounds to them for 4 seconds. 2550 Gold.
  • Muramana item.png Muramana: +25% base mana regeneration, +1000 mana, +25 attack damage. Unique Passive – Awe: Grants (2% of your maximum mana) attack damage. Unique Toggle: Single target spells and attacks (on hit) consume 3% of current mana to deal 6% of your current mana as physical damage. 2400 Gold.
  • Nomad's Medallion item.png Nomad's Medallion: +50% base mana regeneration, +50% base health regeneration +10 movement speed, +2 gold per 10 seconds. Unique Passive – Favor: Grants 6 gold and restores 10 health each time a nearby enemy minion dies that you didn't kill. You may only be in possession of 1 Gold Income item. 865 Gold.

  • Seraph's Embrace item.png Seraph's Embrace: +50% base mana regeneration, +1000 mana, +80 ability power. Unique Passive – Insight: Grants (3% of your maximum mana) ability power.   • Spellthief's Edge item.png Spellthief's Edge: +25% base mana regeneration, +5 ability power, +2 gold per 10 seconds. Unique Passive – Tribute: Spells and basic attacks against champions or buildings deal 10 additional damage and grant 8 gold. This can occur up to 3 times every 30 seconds.   • Talisman of Ascension item.png Talisman of Ascension: +100% base mana regeneration, +100% base health regeneration, +10% cooldown reduction, +2 gold per 10 seconds. Unique Passive – Favor: Grants 6 gold and restores 10 health each time a nearby enemy minion dies that you didn't kill. Unique Active: Grants nearby allies +40% movement speed for 3 seconds (60 second cooldown) (600 range). You may only be in possession of 1 Gold Income item. 2200 Gold.
  • Tear of the Goddess item.png Tear of the Goddess: +25% base mana regeneration, +250 mana. Unique Passive – Mana Charge: Each time you cast a spell or spend mana, grants + 4 / 5 maximum mana (occurs up to 2 times every 8 / 6 seconds). This bonus caps at +750 mana. 750 Gold.

  • STH Doran's Ring item.png Doran's Ring: +50% base mana regeneration , +15 ability power, +60 health. Passive: Restores 4 mana when you kill an enemy unit. 400 Gold.
  • STH Elixir of Sorcery item.png Elixir of Sorcery: Grants +15 bonus mana regeneration per 5 seconds, +50 ability power and Sorcery for 3 minutes. Sorcery – Damaging a champion or tower deals 25 bonus true damage. This effect has a 5 second cooldown versus champions but no cooldown versus towers. 500 Gold.
  • SH Essence Reaver item.png Essence Reaver: Unique Passive: Basic attacks restore between 2% and 8% of the physical damage dealt as mana, based on your missing mana. +65 attack damage, +20% critical strike chance 3600 Gold.
  • ST Hunter's Machete item.png Hunter's Machete: Passive – Jungler: Deal 30 magic damage on hit to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 7 health and 4 mana per second while in combat with monsters. +15 bonus gold per large monster kill. Limited to 1 jungle item. 400 Gold.
  • ST Poacher's Knife item.png Poacher's Knife: Passive – Jungler: Deal 45 additional magic damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 10 health regen and 5 mana regeneration per second while in combat with monsters. +30 bonus gold per large monster kill. Passive – Scavenging Smite: When you smite a large monster in the enemy jungle, you gain half a charge of smite. If you kill that monster, you gain +20 bonus gold, and you gain 175% increased movement speed decaying over 2 seconds. Limited to 1 jungle item. 850 Gold.
  • C Prospector's Ring item.png Prospector's Ring: +6 mana regeneration, +35 ability power. Unique Passive - Prospector: +150 health. 950 Gold.
  • ST Ranger's Trailblazer item.png Ranger's Trailblazer: Passive – Jungler: Deal 45 additional magic damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 10 health regen and 5 mana regeneration per second while in combat with monsters. +30 bonus gold per large monster kill. Passive – Blasting Smite: Smite deals damage in an area, dealing half damage to all monsters and enemy minions near the target and stuns them for 1.5 seconds. Casting smite on a monster restores 15% of missing health and mana. Limited to 1 jungle item. 850 Gold.
  • ST Skirmisher's Sabre item.png Skirmisher's Sabre: Passive – Jungler: Deal 45 additional magic damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 10 health regen and 5 mana regeneration per second while in combat with monsters. +30 bonus gold per large monster kill. Passive – Challenging Smite: Smite can be cast on enemy champions, marking them for 6 seconds. While marked, basic attacks deal true damage over 3 seconds, you have vision on them, and their damage to you is reduced by 20%. Limited to 1 jungle item. 850 Gold.
  • ST Stalker's Blade item.png Stalker's Blade: Passive – Jungler: Deal 45 additional magic damage to monsters over 2 seconds and gain 10 health regen and 5 mana regeneration per second while in combat with monsters. +30 bonus gold per large monster kill. Passive – Chilling Smite: Smite can be cast on enemy champions, dealing reduced true damage and stealing 20% movement speed for 2 seconds. Limited to 1 jungle item. 850 Gold.
