With Runaan's HurricaneLove Tap only applies to the target affected by Miss Fortune's primary basic attack.
Active:Miss Fortune fires a shot at a target enemy, which then bounces to hit another unit behind it, dealing physical damage to the first and second target, applying on-hit effects to both.

Double Up's second shot prioritizes units directly behind the primary target.
Double Up's second shot can critically strike, dealing 100% bonus damage, based on critical strike chance. If Double Up kills the first target, the second shot will critically strike regardless of critical strike chance.
Spell shields can be used by either target. A spell shield on the primary target will not prevent the shot from bouncing.
The second shot follows a priority order on targets within 500 units of the primary one:
Enemy or neutral units within a 20º cone.
Enemy or neutral units within a 40º cone.
Enemy or neutral units within a 110º cone.
Enemy or neutral units within 150 units in a 160º cone.
Double Up's cast range adjusts based on Miss Fortune's attack range.
Passive - Strut:Miss Fortune gains 25 bonusmovement speed if she has not taken damage in the last 5 seconds, excluding damage over time. This bonus is increased to a greater amount after another 5 seconds.

Active - Guns Blazing:Miss Fortune gains bonus attack speed for 4 seconds and brings Strut's passive effect to full power.

Marking a new target with Love Tap reduces Strut'scooldown by 2 - 1.1 (based on cooldown reduction) seconds.
