• This item offers great mana regeneration and cooldown reduction making it very useful for casters who have naturally short cooldowns and constantly spam their abilities, like Xerath, Karma or Lux and is a cheap counter to champions that rely on regeneration like Dr. Mundo, Vladimir, Swain or Sion.

  • The item was previously called Morello's Evil Tome. It was renamed to  Morellonomicon in Season Three as a reference to both Morello and the Necronomicon, the Book of the Dead.
