  • Nomad's Medallion is 69.4% gold efficient.
  • For the item to be gold efficient, the Favor passive must be worth at least 265g.
  • Alternatively, the item becomes gold efficient after 22 minutes and 5 seconds. Each minion death reduces the timer by 15 seconds.

  • Because the Favor passive does not benefit the player who gets the last hit, Nomad's Medallion is best built on supports who plan on spending a lot of time in-lane.
  • On Summoner's Rift, assuming Nomad's Medallion's user is within range of all minion deaths in a lane, it provides 8.3 gold per 10 seconds before the 35-minute mark. After 35 minutes, it provides 8.7 gold per 10.

  • Recipe cost increased to 500g from 485g.
  • Health regeneration reduced to 5 from 8.
  • Mana regeneration reduced to 7 from 11.

  • Mana regeneration per 5 seconds reduced to 8 from 10.





  • No longer displays a +x Gold over the Champion although it is still granting the Gold.


  • Health regeneration per 5 seconds reduced to 22.5 from 28.
  • Mana regeneration per 5 seconds reduced to 10 from 12.


  • Now sell back for 50% (from 70%).
