(Innate): Any damage dealt to Poppy that exceeds 10% of her current health is reduced by 50%. This does not reduce damage from structures.
Valiant Fighter is a passive ability that will activate whenever Poppy takes physical or magic damage that exceeds 10% of her current health, reducing that damage by 50%.
Valiant Fighter does not kick in if the damage being received is equal to or less than 10% of her current health.
Example: Damage dealt after reduction is 100 but her max life is > 1000. Valiant Fighter will not function.
Valiant Fighter's damage reduction only applies to the portion of the total damage that is more than 10% of Poppy's health, not the entire damage and does not apply to any True damage.
For example: Poppy has 1000 / 2000 health and is being hit by a 400 damage attack (after reductions). The full damage portion she will take of 400 is 10% of 1000 (i.e. 100). Then the portion of the 400 damage attack that exceeds her current 100 hp is 300. The exceeding 300 damage will be reduced by 50% by her passive. This means you will reduce the remaining 300 damage to 150. The whole damage dealt will be 250 (100 + 150) instead of 400 because 150 was reduced by passive.
Example : ( 400 - ( 1000 x 0.1 ) ) x 0.5 + 1000 x 0.1 = 250
Formula for damage > 10% of Poppy's current health: ( [damage received] - ([current health] x 0.1) ) x 0.5 + ([current health] x 0.1) = actual damage taken.
In the above example it would take a single hit of 1900 damage in order to remove 1000 health from Poppy due to Valiant Fighter.
Valiant Fighter's damage reduction occurs after armor and magic resistance's reduction.
Valiant Fighter does not function on damage done from turrets.
(Active): Poppy enhances her next auto attack so that it deals base magic damage plus an additional 8% of the target's max health as bonus magic damage. The base plus percent health bonus damage cannot exceed a threshold.

Total possible magic damage with Diplomatic Immunity at rank 3 while reaching the damage threshold: 105 / 210 / 315 / 420 / 525 (+0.84 per ability power) (+140% attack damage)
Devastating Blow is an autoattack modifier that replaces Poppy's next normal physical damage autoattack and deals magic damage damage equal to:
Her base attack damage (100% AD)
Plus a bonus damage modifier based on:(+0.6 per ability power)
Plus Flat Bonus Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100
Plus 8% of targets maximum health in damage.
The bonus damage (# 3 and 4 combined) caps per level of the skill.
The below list is the necessary maximum health of the target before the threshold is reached for bonus damage based on skill level (before damage modifiers):
Health Cap Threshold: 688 / 1375 / 2063 / 2750 / 3438
Tid bit info: the threshold is to prevent the % health from scaling out of control while the skill sits at level one. Since this is the primary source of damage and it scales with % health it would deal 320 damage to a level 14 target with 2000 hp at skill level 1 with 0 bonus attack damage or ability power and just 10 stacks of Paragon of Demacia.
The damage portion from attack damage and from ability power will deal full damage. Examples:
You have 0 ability power and 100 attack damage and skill level 1. Target has 1000 hp. Ignoring all damage reduction the attack will deal 175 magic damage.
Same example as number 1 but skill level 5. The attack would be 280 magic damage.
You have 500 ability power, Skill level 5 with 150 attack damage target has 2000 hit points. The bonus damage would be equal to 560 but the attack would deal 710 magic damage.
You have 0 ability power and 300 damage. Skill level 5 and target has 2500 hp. Bonus damage would be 300, total would be 600 magic damage.
Above example exactly but it also crits for normal crit damage modifier. Bonus damage would still be 300 but the attack damage modifer would be 600 and the ability would deal 900 magic damage.
Devastating Blow procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all single target spells and abilities with full effect.
(Active): Poppy gains max stacks of Paragon of Demacia and her movement speed is increased for 5 seconds.

Paragon of Demacia is an ability with both a passive and an active component. Paragon of Demacia passively gains 1 stack each time Poppy autoattacks or when she is attacked by an enemy, stacking up to 10 times. Each stack increases Poppy's armor and attack damage.
When activated, Paragon of Demacia gains 10 stacks and increases Poppy's movement speed for 5 seconds.
Paragon of Demacia will gain up to 10 stacks and refresh its duration from any of Poppy's autoattacks and when enemies attack Poppy.
Paragon of Demacia has no cast time or animation and does not interrupt Poppy previous orders.
Activating Paragon of Demacia will cause Poppy to gain 10 stacks and have a movement speed buff which last 5 seconds. The movement speed buff does not refresh when Poppy is under attack or when she attacks.
(Active): Poppy charges at an enemy and carries them further. The initial impact deals a small amount of magic damage, and if they collide with terrain, her target will take a high amount of magic damage and be stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Max Magic Damage: 125 / 200 / 275 / 350 / 425 (+0.8 per ability power)
Max Magic damage with Diplomatic Immunity at rank 3: 175 / 280 / 385 / 490 / 595 (+1.12 per ability power)
Heroic Charge is a targeted ability that allows Poppy to dash towards her target dealing magic damage and knocking it back in the same direction. If the target collides with an obstacle such as terrain, it will take additional magic damage damage upon impact and it will be stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Heroic Charge procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all single target spells and abilities with full effect.
When Poppy hurls her target against terrain, each burst of damage will count as a separate single target source of damage.
Heroic Charge pops spell shield. In this case, the target will not be pushed back and Poppy will stop upon reaching her target, dealing no damage.
Poppy can activate Paragon of Demacia and Devasting Blow while mid-dash.
Diplomatic Immunity cannot by activated mid-dash due to its albeit short cast time.
Heroic Charge will damage Black Shield and the push-back will be negated.
Heroic Charge interrupts channeled abilities and briefly disables the target once she begins the push for the travel duration and stuns the target if it hits terrain.
Poppy can charge toward a target on the opposite side of thin walls, provided she has vision of the target.
If Poppy's target dashes or uses Flash while she is charging towards them, she will drag the target back to their initial position.
If any form of crowd control which involves displacement of Poppy's position is applied during Heroic Charge, Poppy will be interrupted and no initial damage nor knockback will occur to the target.
The Push Back distance will not be affected no matter how close or far away the target was to Poppy at the time of cast. The target will still be pushed back the full distance.
Heroic Charge may occasionally stun Poppy's target when no collision occurs. It is unsure if this is a bug or not.
(Active): Poppy focuses intensely on a single enemy champion, dealing increased damage to him or her, and becoming immune to any damage, disruptions and abilities from any enemies, other than her target, including tower damage. Damage increase applies to summoner spells and items used by Poppy.

Diplomatic Immunity is a champion targeted ability that places a debuff on Poppy's target for a short time, increasing the damage she deals to that target. During this time, Poppy is invulnerable to any spells, damage or crowd control from any source other than her target.
Diplomatic Immunity pops spell shield, preventing the placement of the debuff on the target and Poppy's invulnerability buff.
Diplomatic Immunity's damage amplification stacks additively with damage amplification from other abilies and items , such as Hemoplague and Deathfire Grasp.
At max rank and with Deathfire Grasp, Hemoplague and target being at 50% health with proper masteries (5%), Poppy can obtain 77% increased magic damage.
Diplomatic Immunity blocks all damage from all sources, even True Damage except damage from the Nexus Obelisk and the target of Diplomatic Immunity.
Diplomatic Immunity has a brief cast time (~0.1 - 0.2 seconds) before activating.
Diplomatic Immunity will end prematurely if the target dies.
The only enemy unit that can affect Poppy with anything such as a spell, effect, damage or crowd control is the champion that she targets with Diplomatic Immunity and any pet belonging to that champion.
Poppy can target clones, such as Children of the Grave, with Diplomatic Immunity. If she does, she will be immune to all other sources of damage, crowd control, etc except the clones (including becoming immune to the clone's owner).
Removing the damage amplification debuff (with an ability or item like Quicksilver Sash) does not remove Poppy's invulnerability shield. Only the end of the spell's duration, the target's death or the target killing Poppy outright will remove her shield.
