Abilities

Patch

Harrier
(Innate): Valor periodically marks enemies as Vulnerable. Quinn's first attack against Vulnerable targets will deal bonus physical damage equal to 15 + 10 per level + additional 5 per level over 14 (+ 50% bonus AD).
Harrier is a passive ability that marks an enemy unit with Vulnerable once every few seconds. Quinn's autoattacks can detonate Vulnerable marks to deal bonus physical damage to the target.
  • Harrier's targeting priority is as follows:
    • Last enemy hit.
      • If the last enemy hit was a small minion, it appears to select a different target.
    • Lowest health enemy champion.
    • Lowest health enemy minion.
  • Valor must finish at least half the animation of marking the target for it to apply.
    • It is possible for a target to die after the animation starts but before the mark is applied. This puts this passive on cooldown.
  • The mark lasts 4.5 seconds.
  • Has a 10 seconds cooldown.
    • Lowered to 3 seconds if triggered.
  • Harrier will not activate while using the Stop command (S).
  • The bonus damage from Harrier benefits from life steal.
  • Targets affected by Harrier are revealed for the duration, even if they walk into fog of war, or into a bush.
Ability Description Leveling up

Blinding Assault
(Active): Valor flies in a line and strikes the first enemy in his path. He then attacks all nearby enemies to deal physical damage and blind them for 1.5 seconds.


(As Valor): Valor performs the same attack at the current location.

  • Range: 1025

Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 mana

Cooldown: 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 seconds

Physical Damage: 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+ 65% bonus AD)

Blinding Assault is a collision linear skillshot that deals physical damage and blinds the first enemy unit hit and other enemy units around its location.

While  Tag Team is active, Blinding Assault is a point blank area of effect ability that deals physical damage and blinds enemy units in an area around Valor.

  • Blinding Assault procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all area of effect spells and abilities with full effect.
  • Blinding Assault pops Spell Shield.
  • Blinding Assault will not damage  Black Shield but the blind is negated.

Heightened Senses
(Passive): Attacking a Vulnerable target will increase Quinn's attack speed for 3 seconds.


(Passive as Valor): Valor gains bonus attack speed.

Valor's Bonus Attack Speed: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 %

(Active): Valor reveals a large area for 2 seconds.

Cooldown: 50 / 45 / 40 / 35 / 30 seconds

Heightened Senses passively grants Quinn bonus attack speed for a short duration after detonating a mark from  Harrier. When activated, Heightened Senses is a point blank area of effect ability that grants vision in a radius around Quinn.

While  Tag Team is active, Heightened Senses passively grants Valor bonus attack speed. When activated, Heightened Senses is a point blank area of effect ability that grants vision in a radius around Valor.

  • Grants additional 2 seconds of vision on enemy champions in the area on activation.

Vault
(Active): Quinn dashes to an enemy, dealing physical damage and slowing the target's movement speed by 70%. This slow decays over 2 seconds. Upon reaching the target, she leaps off and lands near her maximum attack range away from the target. Valor will immediately mark this target as Vulnerable.


(As Valor): Valor performs the same attack but does not mark or leap off the target.

  • Cost: 50 mana
  • Range: 750

Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds

Physical Damage: 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+ 20% bonus AD)

Vault is a single targeted dash that causes Quinn to rush at a target enemy unit, dealing physical damage, slowing it and applying the  Vulnerable mark on arrival. Quinn then dashes backwards a set distance.

While  Tag Team is active, Vault is a single targeted dash that causes Valor to rush at a target enemy unit, dealing physical damage and slowing it on arrival.

  • Vault procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all single target spells and abilities with full effect.
  • Vault pops Spell Shield.
  • Vault will not damage  Black Shield but the slow is negated.
  • After completing Vault, Quinn (or Valor) will automatically be ordered to attack the target unit.
  • Both the initial dash and bounce back allow Quinn (or Valor) to pass through wall, given the user has the sight of the target.
  • Quinn may initiate the dash closer than the range of the ability, but the bounce back distance is constant.
    • However, if the landing position is within wall, Quinn will be repositioned before the point of collision.
  • Quinn (or Valor) is not invincible during the dashing motion and can still be targeted and damaged.
  • Vault will generate charge on Statikk Shiv. Vault only seems to generate half the charge you would expect, it is unknown if this is intentional.
  • Multiple enemies can be marked with Vulnerable. However, the application of Vulnerable will put Harrier on cooldown.

Tag Team
(Active): Valor replaces Quinn on the battlefield as a mobile melee attacker for 20 seconds. Valor gains 80% bonus movement speed, decreased gradually to 20% while in combat.
  • Cost: 100 mana

Cooldown: 140 / 120 / 100 seconds


Skystrike
(Active): Quinn returns to perform Skystrike, dealing physical damage to all enemies in a large area. The damage increases depending on how much health they are missing. If Skystrike has not been cast before Tag Team ends, it will be cast automatically.
  • Range: 700

Minimum Physical Damage: 130 / 185 / 240 (+ 50% bonus AD)

Maximum Physical Damage: 260 / 370 / 480 (+ 100% bonus AD)

Tag Team is a self targeted ability that summons Valor to replace Quinn on the battlefield for a short duration. Valor has bonus movement speed that lessens while Valor is in combat. Valor also has melee range autoattacks and differing champion abilities.
  • A short cooldown timer exists between the first and second cast. (~4 seconds)
  • Valor shares the same stats as Quinn.
  • Quinn and Valor share cooldowns on their basic abilities.
  • If Valor dies during the duration Quinn will die too.
  • Valor is considered to be in combat when:
    • Being hit by enemy basic or ability.
    • Basic attacking or hitting an ability.
  • Cooldown timer starts after the second cast.
    • It does start as well on death.

Tag Team is replaced by Skystrike while the ability is active. Skystrike is a point blank area of effect ability that returns Quinn to the battlefield, replacing Valor. Quinn also deals physical damage to all enemy units in a radius around her, dealing increased damage based on their missing health.
