Spiked Shell

Rammus permanently has bonus attack damage equal to 25% armor.

Ability Details
Spiked Shell is a self-targeted buff.

Additional Information:

  • Due to his base armor and armor growth, Rammus effectively receives a bonus to his base attack damage (7.846) and additional attack damage per level (1.075) up to 26 bonus attack damage at level 18.
  • Any buff or debuff that affects Rammus' armor will increase or reduce the bonus damage respectively as well. (e.g. Bulwark.png Bulwark or Spirit Fire.png Spirit Fire).
    • Similarly to Galio Galio's Runic Skin.png Runic Skin, Spiked Shell will cause a decrease in attack damage if Rammus' armor is reduced below 0.

Powerball

Active: Rammus tucks into a ball and begins to roll for up to 7 seconds, losing the ability to use basic attacks or use Puncturing Taunt.png Puncturing Taunt but amplifying his movement speed by an additional 20% each second, up to a maximum 140% increase.

Upon colliding with an enemy, Rammus Airborne icon knocks back all nearby enemies, dealing them magic damage and Slow icon slowing them for 2 seconds afterwards, also ending Powerball in the process.

  • Magic Damage: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+ 100% AP)
  • Slow: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%

Powerball can be canceled instantly by reactivating the ability, or 1 second after activating Defensive Ball Curl.png Defensive Ball Curl.

Ability Details
Powerball is a self-targeted buff.

Additional Information:

  • Powerball's knockback disable lasts about 0.75 seconds.
  • Powerball will hit enemies, including minions, even if Rammus is ignoring unit collision from Ghost.png Ghost or Phantom Dancer item.png Phantom Dancer.
  • Powerball can hit stealthed enemy champions, but it will not reveal them unless the target's stealth state depends on their location or movement (e.g. Teemo Teemo's Camouflage.png Camouflage or Akali Akali's Twilight Shroud.png Twilight Shroud).
  • Activating Powerball and ending it prematurely will both trigger Mana Charge.


Defensive Ball Curl

Defensive Ball Curl

Active: Rammus drops into a defensive stance for 6 seconds, gaining bonus armor and magic resistance, as well as dealing magic damage to enemies whenever they use basic attacks against him.

  • Bonus Resistances: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120
  • Magic Damage: 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+ 10% armor)

Activating Powerball.png Powerball ends Defensive Ball Curl's effects after 1 seconds.
