Active:Ryze hurls an orb of runic energy at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and marking them with Flux for 3 seconds, causing his next basic ability against them to consume the mark and gain bonus effects.
If Ryze exits the area before channel ends, he won't be teleported, but the allied units inside will. If only minions get teleported, one minion will always be left behind. Ryze cannot teleport a single minion because of this (possible bug).
Ryze and teleported allies become briefly untargetable after teleport successes.
If any target, including Ryze, is channeling a spell such as Recall, that target won't be teleported.
