Ryze's abilities grant him Arcane Mastery for 6 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.

At 5 stacks, Ryze becomes supercharged for 2.5 + (0.5 × Overload.png Overload's rank) seconds, gaining a shield that blocks「 20 + (5 × Ryze's level) 」「 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 / 105 / 110 」(+ 8% maximum mana) damage and causing his ability casts to reduce his other ability cooldowns by「 Overload.png Overload's cooldown 」「 4 - 2.4 」.

Ability Details
Arcane Mastery is a passive ability that triggers whenever Ryze casts an ability (applies at the end of spells' cast time) .

Additional Information:

  • Arcane Mastery does not trigger when using summoner spells or the active effects of item, and does not reduce their cooldowns.

Spell Flux

Active: Ryze unleashes an orb of energy at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and reducing their magic resistance for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

After striking the target, the orb splits and bounces to Ryze and enemies near the target, capping at 6 targets and dealing half the orb's primary damage to each enemy hit. The secondary orbs then bounce back to the primary target, applying their damage again.

Spell Flux is a single target chain area of effect ability that fires a projectile at a target enemy unit, which can bounce up to 6 times between enemy units or Ryze.

Over Desperate Power's duration, Ryze's spells deal half of their damage to other enemies around the original target.

Ability Details
Desperate Power is a self-buff ability that also causes Ryze's basic abilities to deal damage in an area of effect around their targets.

Additional Information:

  • Desperate Power has no cast time and does not interrupt Ryze's previous orders.
  • Desperate Power does not alter the application of spell effects from his other abilities.
  • The bonus damage is not dealt to the primary target of a spell.
  • If Desperate Power is cast while the projectile of Overload.png Overload or Spell Flux.png Spell Flux is in flight, the ability will still gain the increased spell vamp and bonus area of effect damage upon reaching its target.
