- The armor runes threshold is champion level .
- The energy regeneration runes threshold is champion level .
- The health runes threshold is champion level .
- The health regeneration runes threshold is champion level .
- The mana regeneration runes threshold is champion level .
- The health % runes threshold is 1600 compared to flat health runes. (Good for Fighters/Tanks late-game)
- The health % runes threshold is at level compared to scaling health runes. (Scaling health is better unless very tanky)
