When Sejuani was born, the mystics of her tribe foretold that she would be the one to unite and lead the divided territories of the Freljord. Her people had suffered for centuries, as a losing war on the frozen tundra pushed them farther and farther from the Freljord's limited food supplies.
Sejuani grew up surrounded by this misery, and it fueled her desire to fulfill her destiny. She pushed herself to extremes, walking out into blizzards without food or furs and training while frigid winds raked her flesh. She sparred with the strongest warriors of her tribe, one after another, until her legs would give out beneath her. She sustained injuries that would have killed any other member of the tribe, but she would only rise again, driven by sheer force of will and what her tribe took to calling her 'heart of the blizzard'.
On her twentieth birthday, Sejuani declared that she would lead her people out of their remote isolation to conquer the lands of their enemies. She had completed her training and she was ready to face the leaders of the opposing tribes. Her feats had already become legend and soldiers in her company were inspired to new heights of strength and resolve.
However, before she struck out on her campaign, Ashe began campaigning for peace in the Freljord, joining the League of Legends to demonstrate how the people could be spared violence. To Sejuani, this was a violation of tradition - a coward's ruse to hoard the Freljord's precious few resources. She saw the confidence of her people wane as it seemed they would never be delivered from their plight. She decided that to truly prove herself as the rightful ruler of the Freljord, she must defeat Ashe completely and unquestionably on the world's stage in the League of Legends.
Innate:Sejuani gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25bonus armor and 10 / 15 / 20 / 25% Slow Resist for 2 seconds upon damaging an enemy with an ability or a basic attack (stacks up to 3 times for a 6 seconds maximum duration, afterwards refreshing with further damage applications)
Frost Armor:Sejuani receives Frost Armor if she hasn't taken damage in the last 9 seconds, lingering for 1 / 2 / 3 seconds after taking damage from enemy champions. Frost Armor engulfs Bristle in True Ice, becoming immune to slows and gains 100 (+ 100% total armor)bonus armor and 100 (+ 100% total magic resistance)bonus magic resistance.
Icebreaker: Enemies stunned by Sejuani are frozen. Sejuani's next basic attack or ability against them deals 10 / 15 / 20% of their maximum health as bonus magic damage, or 400 against minions and monsters.
Rework: After a 0.25-seconds delay, Sejuani swings her flail in a cone in the target direction, dealing 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 (+ 1.5% maximum health) physical damage to all enemies hit and knocking back minions and monsters. She then lashes out with her flail after 0.75 seconds in a straight line in the same direction, dealing 40 / 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 (+ 4.5% maximum health) additional physical damage and briefly slowing to all enemies hit. Sejuani can move freely during Winter's Wrath. Both swings will strike in the cast direction, but their hitboxes follow Sejuani's movement.
Cooldown reduced to 120 / 100 / 80 seconds from 130 / 115 / 100.
Rework:Sejuani throws a True Ice bola in a line, dealing 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 40% AP) magic damage and stunning for 1 second the first enemy champion that collides with. The bola's base damage increases the further it travels, up to 150 / 187.5 / 225. If the bola travels before exploding it stuns enemies hit for 2 seconds. The bola shatters upon collision or reaching maximum range, creating a storm for 2 seconds, slowing other enemies by 30%. At the end of the duration the storm shatters the ground, deals 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 80% AP) magic damage and slowing by 80% for 3 seconds.
New Effect: Upon activation, Sejuani's next basic attack deals 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 30% AP)bonus magic damage to all enemies around the main target. After landing the enhanced attack or upon reactivation, Sejuani rotates her flail about herself, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies every second.
Area of effect damage changed to 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 16% bonus health)(+ 60% AP) from 72 / 120 / 168 / 216 / 264 (+ 6 / 7.5 / 9 / 10.5 / 12% maximum health)(+ 60% AP)
Area of effect damage duration reduced to 4 seconds from 6.
Removed: Dealing 50% increased area of effect damage to enemies affected by Frost or Permafrost.
Cooldown changed to 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 seconds from 10 at all ranks.
