(Sorry, I did commit a mistake, forgot that turn rate is inversely proportional to the time required to turn (Higher turn rate, less time required), rather than directly proportional.)
(For godsake please dont change it back Will, Champion damage is the main factor from which minion and monster damage is calculated after. Do you really think it's wise for readers to read 33.33333% and 66.66667% increase instead of 20% and 40% red...)
