People always think Fizz is OP because any Fizz worth his salt gets Lich Bane, which gets both procced and consumed by his Q. So people get hit by that and think "OMG 1 ABILITY DID THAT MUCH DAMAGE NERFNERFNERF!!!"

Seastone Trident is kinda vicious both in active and passive but most people who're moderately tanky can shut Fizz down unless he's fed because it depends on missing health. And as mentioned, Fizz depends on mobility so anyone who can mess with that has him. I did have a wonderful moment running into a Fizz that our Ryze had fed throughout laning with my support Morgana, and killing him because my bind meant he can't do anything. Did have our Jarvan come along and deliver a few hits towards the end, I'll admit, but I was seriously wondering how Ryze fed him when he has a targeted bind.

I'm not sure whether I'm 100% correct on all of my points but here are some general trends that help counter Cho.

1) Don't go with poke champions because Cho will regenerate health really quickly, making pokes a waste of time. Instead go with something with an early burst that's more likely to burst him down before he becomes too strong to handle.

2) He cannot farm well without pushing since his most effective farm tools are his AoEs. He has no reliable escapes when he's overextended so try to coordinate with your jungler for ganks early on, before he starts stacking his Feast.

3) Champions with high mobility and high burst damage generally fare better against Cho because they can dodge his skills more effectively and are more likely to net a kill in a gank.

Of course a lot of plays still depend on early itemisation, but the gist is that he turns every lane into a farm lane with his crazy sustain, so you either shut him down early enough before he is tanky enough to cause a stalemate or you try to win at farming.

The percentage health change to E actually seemed kinda cool, but now we just have it passing through enemies and doing a little bit of extra damage when you AA them, which barely compensates for the fact the armor shred would have increased your AA and Twin Bite damage anyway, and definitely doesn't compensate for the satisfying feeling of landing your E on a priority target in a team fight and watching your carry eat them.

It's a definite nerf as it is. Rumours elsewhere on the forums say she's getting a new passive as all its descriptions were moved to the abilities themselves, but I'm still worried this is a nerf for Shyvana overall just for losing the resistances she needs to dragon into the middle of the enemy team and start laying out damage, which was really her role after laning. :\

But surely if you plan to make an awesome hybrid character with scalings for both AP and AD, and then buff their scalings because you plan to remove items like Gunblade, it's a massive buff for their non-hybrid versions? I mean, to use my Kayle example again, I already showed that with her scalings as they are pure AP and pure AD Kayle will outshine hybrid Kayle by some significant degree when Kayle can't itemise properly for splitting her resources. Doesn't this problem only becomes more exaggerated if you buff either her AP ratios or her AD ratios, or even both? Hybrids suffer innate problems that have nothing whatsoever to do with their scalings:

- they will never get AP nearly as high as their AP counterparts and getting multiple items like Rabadon's, Zhonya's and Deathfire isn't viable for a split, when they can make all the difference for a full AP build

- their AD can be entirely respectable, but their pure AD counterparts have time to itemise for things like crit chance and attack speed and thus can capitalise on it more

- they can barely itemise penetration

- either you build one stat first and then fall behind a dedicated character who's still improving it while you start to build the other, or you build both equally and have both being a little lacklustre until delicious fullbuild time.

The first two are really why I'm sceptical about the notion that if you just buff ratios on their abilities they suddenly don't need hybrid items. It'd amount to a buff for AP and AD builds, while the hybrid build still languishes somewhere behind them, if with their stats slightly improved.

Besides, there's nothing to say you can't add more hybrid items but make them weaker so that they're an option but two hybrid items won't outclass one for both AD and AP. That way I don't, as Xypherous said "lock myself out of any cool AD/AP itemisation", but nor am I locked out of cool hybrid optimisation because Riot decided they were bad and just binned them. And I like my cool hybrid items =[

for beginners:

1. Have 5 Fero

2. Activate Ultimate

3. as soon as you Fade, Activate emp Q

4. now wait until fero stops increasing because of ulti's effect (this would be 4/5 stack...if you only got 3 stack or less...YOU FAILED!!!!)

5. Now that you have 4 or 5 stacks of fero...immediately Attack Enemy. Your previous Q would still be there because Ulti fill up last only for 3.75 secons while Q buff last for 6 second i think. -> 1st Q

6. Press Q, if Normal Q was used stacks would be 5 then Q again for emp Q

if emp Q was used Q again then this time normal Q is used.

Summary: 5 Fero > ulti > wait 4/5 Fero > click enemy > Q > Q

		+	Normally, I wouldn't ask for help. I've come across a lot of interesting relics in my travels, but never anything like these.

		+	I've gathered everything on my desk for all of you to take a look. The important thing is that these relics were found all over [[Runeterra]], and they date from different and completely unconnected eras. The thing is... they all share one similarity: they show a {{ci\|Aatrox\|dark figure}}, clearly inhuman, wielding a jagged blade.

		+	This is a mystery I'm not sure I want solved. From what I can gather so far, this dark figure has been at the center of many bloody conflicts and tales of war.
		+	What do you think? Who is this figure, and what role has he played in Runeterra's history?

		+	Oh, and if you really want to hear some of the stories about these things... I'll tell them, but some of them aren't pretty.

		+	Don't ask me how {{ci\|Ezreal\|I}} got it. I'm going to give it back, I promise. I'm borrowing it for research, and they'll never know it's missing. Demacians never stop talking about light, so what do they really need a window for, anyway?

		+	Look closely. See the shape in the center with the wings and the jagged sword? That's the {{ci\|Aatrox\|figure}} I've been seeing everywhere.

		+	This is the first artifact that really got me thinking. It's not that old, and it can't really go back more than a few generations at most. I asked around, and nobody knows what the figure is or if he has a name. They all agreed on one thing though: whoever this figure is, he's clearly someone worth remembering to be immortalized like this.

		+	But why does he appear in so many other places? So many of these artifacts are ancient, and some are from lost civilizations so old they don't even have names.

		+	Noxus=

		+	Yes, Noxus. You know how {{ci\|Ezreal\|I}} feel about Noxians, but their city is full of history. It'll take more than dark magic, guards with massive axes, and a creepy {{ci\|Swain\|bird guy}} to keep '''me''' from exploring the most important places in [[Valoran]].

		+	Noxus is full of these kinds of statuettes. Usually, they're made as tributes to the nation's greatest heroes, but this one doesn't look like any Noxian war hero I've ever heard of. I know of plenty, too, believe me: pick up any Noxian book and it's probably a way-too-lengthy chronicle of some hero's life, conquests, and the size of their weapon. I wouldn't have looked twice at this one if I hadn't recognized the {{ci\|Aatrox\|figure}}.

		+	Piltover=

It has the sword of the figure on its cover.]]When {{ci\|Ezreal\|I}} noticed the similarities between the [[Demacia\|Demacian]] stained glass and the [[Noxus\|Noxian]] statue, I had to know more. I pulled as many books as I could out of the library at [[Piltover\|Piltover's]] academy. There are some sections there restricted to everyone but academy graduates. I could have gotten in on my own, but I didn't want to burn any bridges, so I had {{ci\|Jayce}} help me out. Everyone loves that guy.

		+	The smaller one is a book of Noxian war poems. Most of what's inside is standard Noxian military fare, but the {{ai\|Blades of Torment\|Aatrox\|blade}} on the cover captured my attention.

		+	The big one right here is an old book of fables and stories. Not all of them are entirely true, but one of them caught my eye. The character in the story is an arrogant general leading his warriors into battle and winning with ease. 		+	A great warrior—that's right, our {{ci\|Aatrox\|dark figure}}—appears in the battle. The arrogant general's enemies, men on the verge of death, are inspired by his presence. ''"They rose from their knees as though he'd lit their very blood aflame,"'' it says. ''"The shamed general watched as his men were cleaved by an army that had begged for mercy just moments before. His enemies had become murderers and butchers. As they closed on him, the general could not be certain whether they were still men at all."''

		+	[[Shurima\|Shurima's]] been gone for centuries. It's hardly anything but dust now, but the ruins that remain show a massive civilization that once thrived in the desert. {{ci\|Ezreal\|I}} have no idea what happened to the empire. It seems like it vanished without a trace... but that's a whole different mystery.

		+	I found this urn in a tomb there. From the look of the place and some of the carvings on the walls, it was the final resting place of a great Shuriman warlord who led a battle against impossible odds. He and his men should have gone out in a blaze of glory, but somehow, they won. Just a handful of warriors defeated thousands of enemies who rose against them.

		+	It's no wonder they'd immortalize that kind of victory on the walls of a tomb, but what is this {{ci\|Aatrox\|dark figure}} doing on the urn? What part did he play in this battle? I just don't get it.

		+	Freljord=

		+	You can carve plenty of interesting things out of the [[Freljord\|Freljord's]] ice. That place has always been a battleground, so {{ci\|Ezreal\|I}} wouldn't have thought twice about digging up a dagger like this one if it weren't for two things. One: check out the etching in the metal. Look closely enough and you'll see the same {{ai\|Blades of Torment\|Aatrox\|serrated}} design found in the rest of these relics. Two, well… the dagger's hilt is carved from human bone.

		+	Here's where it gets more interesting. The tribesmen of that region say the {{ci\|Aatrox\|figure}} on the blade is a legend, a "warrior-savior" who appeared during a battle against a hated rival tribe several years ago. They'd almost lost the battle, but the warrior appeared and led them to a crushing victory over their enemies. They left no one alive, but when the tribesmen went to celebrate with their champion, he'd already vanished. They say that - in his memory - they took the bones of their enemies as trophies.

		+	It sounds like a similar story to the one from the Shuriman tomb. Both tell of a warrior who appeared and turned the tide of a great battle... but at a gruesome cost.

		+	Ionia=

Is it stained with ink or blood?]] This [[Ionia\|Ionian]] woodblock was carved long before the war with [[Noxus]]. They're rare nowadays, but they're always more or less the same. They all depict things of beauty: landscapes, monks in meditation, the stars and the night sky, all of that "enlightenment" stuff they're always on about. All of them... except this one.

I found it stuck between the pages of that huge book. It's not the same paper, and it's pretty damaged. Maybe someone got to this research before me, but they didn't get as far as I did.

		+	In the image, it looks like these men are revering a statue of the {{ci\|Aatrox\|dark figure}}. The statue itself looks like it's half-unearthed. It might not even be something they built, but something they found.

		+	A Pendant and Coins=

They bear the image of the figure's sword.]] {{ci\|Ezreal\|I}} won these coins off a certain {{ci\|Twisted Fate\|Card Master}} whose name I won't say... and whose real name I don't even know. I'd lost every single hand up until this one, and the one time I beat him, of course he'd bet completely useless old coins. I can't spend them anywhere in [[Valoran]]. At least I've found a "use" for them now. It took me a while to realize it, but that's the same {{ai\|Blades of Torment\|Aatrox\|jagged blade}} on these old coins.

		+	Finally, there's this pendant to the right. It's very, very old, and I have no idea where it originally came from. That's the {{ci\|Aatrox\|dark figure's}} face right there in the metal. Whoever he is, he's been around for a really long time.
