New ratings for starting of S3 Edit

Yes I hate it. I had Silver and I was happy, but now I have to get Gold, because Silver is worthless.

But even worse is Bronze, it basicly states you are a noob. When you have Bronze you are in lower 50%, so you are worse then average, hence it's says you are a noob.
