Currently, the only issue I think people have about Jayce is that his Shock Blast has huge burst when it passes through Acceleration Gate. Now, I don't want to propose lowering it's dmg later in the game because that's totally bogus, a combo should by all means have lots of power, but I do think that the combo shouldn't be that powerful as early on as it is.

Here's a change I thought might remedy some of that stuff:

Shock Blast-

Dmg: 80/130/180/230/280

Dmg Amp: 4/13/22/31/40%
