Mercy

Talon's basic attacks deal 10% increased damage to enemies that are slowed, stunned, rooted or suppressed.

Ability Details

Mercy is an on-hit effect.

Mercy does not amplify damage from on-hit effects ( Noxian Diplomacy, Spellblade)
Critical strikes will interact with Mercy's bonus damage.

Additional Information:

PENDING FOR TEST: Mercy's bonus damage will apply to terrified and charmed enemies unless they are immune to slows ( Highlander)

Noxian Diplomacy

COST: 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 Mana

COOLDOWN: 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4

	Active: Talon's next basic attack within the next 6 seconds deals bonus physical damage. If the target is an enemy champion, they also take additional physical damage each second for 6 seconds and are revealed for the duration.	Bonus Physical Damage: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+ 30% Bonus AD) 「 Champion Damage Per Second: 1.7 / 3.3 / 5 / 6.7 / 8.3 (+ 16.7% Bonus AD) 」「 Total Champion Damage: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 130% Bonus AD) 」
	Noxian Diplomacy resets Talon's autoattack timer.

Ability Details

Noxian Diplomacy is an on-hit effect.

Does not apply spell effects.
Every bleed tick from Noxian Diplomacy will apply The Black Cleaver's passive armor reduction.
Noxian Diplomacy's bonus damage will affect structures.
Spell shields will block the damage.

Additional Information:

Noxian Diplomacy does not grant true sight and its bleed effect will only be visible when the affected enemy's stealth duration expires.

	Active: Talon sends out a volley of daggers that return to him at the end of their trajectory, dealing physical damage to any enemies they pass through and slowing them for 2 seconds.	「 Physical Damage Per Hit: 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+ 60% Bonus AD) 」「 Total Physical Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+ 120% Bonus AD) 」 Slow: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%
	Each enemy can only be damaged once per pass.

Ability Details

Rake is a pass-through, conic skillshot.

Applies spell effects as an area of effect ability.
- Spell vamp is reduced to one-third effectiveness.
- Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 40% slow for 1 second.
Spell shields will block the damage and the slow.
This ability is considered to be a projectile for Unbreakable and Wind Wall.

Additional Information:

It takes Rake's projectiles a total ~0.8 seconds to travel forth and back.
If Talon dies while Rake is mid-air the projectiles will still complete their travel.

Cutthroat

RANGE: 700

COST: 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 Mana

COOLDOWN: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10

Active: Talon blinks to the far side of the target enemy, slowing them by 99% for 0.25 seconds and increasing the damage he deals to them within the next 3 seconds.

Damage Amplification: 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15%

Ability Details

Cutthroat is a single-targeted blink.

Spell shields will not block the ability.

Shadow Assault

RANGE: 500

COST: 100 Mana

COOLDOWN: 100 / 80 / 60

	Active: Talon throws out a ring of blades, dealing physical damage to all enemies they pass through, and enters stealth for up to 2.5 seconds, gaining 40% bonus movement speed for the duration.	「 Physical Damage Per Hit: 120 / 170 / 220 (+ 75% Bonus AD) 」「 Total Physical Damage: 240 / 340 / 440 (+ 150% Bonus AD) 」
	When Talon emerges from stealth, the blades converge to his location, dealing the same physical damage to all enemies they pass through.

Shadow Assault is a point-blank area of effect.

Applies spell effects as an area of effect ability.
- Spell vamp is reduced to one-third effectiveness.
- Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 40% slow for 1 second.
Spell shields will only block one hit.
This ability is considered to be a projectile for Unbreakable and Wind Wall.

Additional Information:

Stealth is not removed if Talon uses an item or summoner spell without an associated animation.
If Talon dies mid-cast Shadow Assault's projectiles are disjointed and will damage any enemy (despite its animation playing in full)
