If you mean the heal provided by the Q, yeah it's a projectile and can be blocked by yasuo's wind wall and Braum's wall
I don't believe it can be stopped by Braum's wall, did you test it?
Braum stop the projectile, but it trigger the damage and the self heal on him. It's kinda easier to aim that way but you can't hit 2 champions at once.
Yes, it can, if the enemy Braum is an absolute ***, as well as being ridiculously lucky and putting his sheild facing BACKWARDS, be blocked. This is not the projectile of STARCALL, but the one created at the enemy's position when they are hit. The same applies for Yasuo, though why either of them would put their ridiculously powerful block-projectile abilities facing abckward is beyond me.

This is not true on three counts. Braum cannot stop projectiles that don't affect enemies, Yasuo's wall is bidirectional not unidirectional, and the self-heal isn't a projectile.
I'm fairly certain the heal is a projectile along with the star that falls down, and both can be blocked both ways
Self-heal isn't a projectile. It's just a visual effect.
Also, Yasuo's Windwall blocks both directions. This is why repositioning to cross the wall is unnecessary as he just crossed it with E dash.
