He seems a lot like Hades from Smite. Scythe, ranged tank/support, magic, etc.
Not saying it's bad though, cause Hades is one of my favorite gods in Smite. Can't wait to see him.

first ranged champion with tank tag and partly tanky gameplay was Vlad, but riot nerfed his passive a bit so he wont be so OP and later they took his tank tag but I still consider him partly tank

Pudge? Thresh grabs someone draging them twice over 1,5 sec not pulling them towards himself instant
Pudge is more like Blitzcrank, Nautilus and Skarner. Thresh "drags" the target toward him for a duration. Unless you mean the ability to pull allies - in which case, it's still dissimilar, since Thresh's ally must choose to be pulled while Pudge must land a skill shot.
