Destiny is a global debuff.
Gate is a channeled, ground targeted blink.

Additional Information:

  • Twisted Fate's  Destiny will not only reveal stealthed champions but will also reveal stealthed units such as Sight Wards,  Shaco's  Jack In The Box, or  Teemo's  Noxious Trap, but only if an enemy champion is within sight range of them.
  • The stasis provided from Zhonya's Hourglass' active will interrupt  Gate's channel.
  •  Paranoia prevents  Destiny's reveal, no matter if Destiny is cast before or after Paranoia, but doesn't prevent the use of  Gate; though Destiny will still reveal after Paranoia ends if the duration permits.
