Udyr uses the stance system, with a 1.5 second global cooldown applied to all abilities after switching into a stance.

  • All of Udyr's abilities have no cast time and do not interrupt his previous orders.
  • Certain effects of Udyr's abilities will persist for their full duration even if Udyr switches stances. These include:
    • Turtle Stance's absorption shield
    • Bear Stance's bonus movement speed
    • Phoenix Stance's AoE damage

Monkey's Agility
(Innate):Udyr's attack speed is increased by 10% and movement speed by 5 for 5 seconds each time he switches stances. This effect can stack up to 3 times. Switching stances sets off a 1.5 second global cooldown.
Monkey's Agility is a passive ability. Whenever Udyr uses one of his champion abilities, he gains 10% increased attack speed and 5 movement speed for 5 seconds. Subsequent ability casts refresh the duration and stack the effect up to 3 times.

Tiger Stance
(Stance) – Activation: Udyr's next attack will deal magical damage over 2 seconds. In addition, Udyr gains an attack speed buff for 5 seconds. This stacks additively with his persistent attack speed bonus.

Persistent effect: Udyr's attack speed is increased.

  • Cooldown: 6 seconds.

Cost: 47 / 44 / 41 / 38 / 35 mana

Magical Damage: 30 / 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 (+1.5 per attack damage)

Persistent Attack Speed Bonus: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 %

Activation Attack Speed Bonus: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 %

Tiger Stance, when activated, is a self-target ability that grants Udyr bonus attack speed for 5 seconds. He also gains a buff for 5 seconds which is consumed on Udyr's next autoattack, causing the attacked target to take magical damage every half second. Tiger Stance's persistent effect grants Udyr increased attack speed.

Turtle Stance
(Stance) – Activation: Udyr gains a shield that absorbs damage for 5 seconds or until it has absorbed the full amount of damage.

Persistent effect: Udyr's attacks restore a percentage of his damage as health.

  • Cooldown: 6 seconds

Cost: 47 / 44 / 41 / 38 / 35 mana

Shield Strength: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+0.5 per ability power)

Damage to Health Restored Ratio: 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 %

Turtle Stance, when activated, is a self-target ability that grants Udyr an absorption shield for up to 5 seconds. Turtle Stance's persistent effect causes Udyr's autoattacks to restore health equal to a percentage of the damage dealt.

Bear Stance
(Stance) – Activation: Udyr gains increased movement speed for a few seconds.

Persistent effect: Udyr mauls his enemies with such force that they are stunned for 1 second when they are hit. This effect can only occur once every 6 seconds on the same target.

  • Cooldown: 6 seconds

Cost: 47 / 44 / 41 / 38 / 35 mana

Movement Speed Bonus: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 %

Movement Speed Duration: 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 / 2.75 / 3 seconds

Bear Stance, when activated, is a self-target ability that grants Udyr increased movement speed for a short duration. Bear Stance's persistent effect grants Udyr an on-hit effect, slightly dashing to and stunning attacked units for 1 second. This effect can only occur once every 6 seconds on the same target.

Phoenix Stance
(Stance) – Activation: Udyr sends out pulsing waves of fire dealing magic damage each second to nearby enemies for 5 seconds.

Persistent effect: For the first attack after activation and every third subsequent attack, Udyr engulfs the enemies in front of him in flames, dealing magic damage.

Phoenix Stance, when activated, is a self-target ability that grants Udyr a buff for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage each second to nearby enemy units. Phoenix Stance's persistent effect causes Udyr's autoattacks to deal bonus magic damage to enemy units in a cone behind the attacked target on the first attack after activation and on every third subsequent hit.


  • Both the pulses and breath attack procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow similarly with all area of effect spells and abilities with diminished effect.
  • Both the pulses and breath attack does not pop Spell Shield.
  • Both the pulses and breath attack will damage  Black Shield.
  • The current counter for the next activation of Phoenix Stance's persistent effect does not reset upon exiting combat PENDING FOR TEST
