Passive: Kassadin draws energy from spells cast in his vicinity, gaining a charge whenever a spell is cast near him (including his own spells). Upon reaching 7 charges, Kassadin gains the ability to cast Force Pulse.
Active: Kassadin can emit a pulse of void energy, dealing magic damage and slowing enemies in a 75º cone in front of him for 2 seconds.
Kassadin teleports to a nearby location, granting one stack and dealing magic damage to enemy units within 150 range upon arrival.
Stacks themselves decay at rate of 1 stack per 10 / 8 / 6 seconds. At 4 stacks, stacks don't decay and Riftwalk goes on static cooldown of 30 / 25 / 20 seconds and when the cooldown ends, stack counter is reset to 0. Additionally, Null Sphere does 10 (+ 5% AP) bonus damage per stack. The damage and mana cost of Riftwalk do not increase.
