Torin's abilities have no mana costs related to them. His secondary resource bar tracks his unique mechanic: Focus.
Torin starts the game with 0 Focus and can have up to 10 Focus. Torin will generate 1 Focus whenever he hits an enemy with a basic attack. After 8 seconds out of combat, Torin will begin to lose 2 Focus each second.
Innate:Torin receives 2 / 3.5 / 5% bonus critical damage per point of Focus he currently has, for a maximum of 20 / 35 / 50% bonus critical damage at 10 Focus.
Attacks against structures will not grant bonus Focus, but will still reset the timer on Focus decay.
Focused Shots' increase stacks additively with other sources of critical damage, meaning that Torin's base critical damage is increased up to 220 / 235 / 250%. With an Infinity Edge, the value is increased to 270 / 285 / 300%.

Active:Torinsurges forward, dealing magic damage to all units he goes through and gaining one Focus for each enemy champion hit. After dashing, Torin gains 30% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds.
Toggle:Torin imbues his bow with electric charges, gaining bonus attack speed.
Bonus Attack Speed: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%
While Electric Infusion is active, his basic attacks deal bonus magic damage, stacking cumulatively up to 5 times. Electric Infusion' cannot be active nor cast if Torin is below 20% of his max. health.
The stacks of Electric Infusion accumulate on the target, and are not reset if Torin attacks a new target. This is unlike similar effects, such as Clockwork Windup and Eternal Thirst, which accumulate on the champion and reset whenever they attack a new target.

Active: Torin shoots an electric arrow in a line, stopping upon hitting the first enemy champion, dealing physical damage.
Arc Bolt has no casting time and will not interrupt Torin's previous orders.
If the main target stroke by Arc Bolt has a spell shield, the lightning arc won't spread.
Arc Bolt can bounce to stealthed enemies or enemies hidden in the fog of war or a brush, but does not grant sight of them.

Active:Torin channels a thunderstorm over a 550-radius area. Lightning then strikes every 0.75 seconds, prioritizing both champions and the unit with the lowest health, dealing magic damage equal to a base amount plus 20% of their missing health on each strike.
Base Magic Damage per Strike: 100 / 150 / 200 (+ 40% AP)
Total Base Magic Damage: 800 / 1200 / 1600 (+ 320% AP)
Thundershower lasts for 6 seconds. Units that survive being striked are stunned for 0.5 seconds after being hit.
