Hi, Akali here, bored of doing nothing on wiki all day.

Decided to rework some champs, yeh. I thought I'd share my ideas and see what others think.


Irelia

Abilities

Ionian Fervor
RANGE: 1200 (sight range)
Ionian Fervor

Reduces the duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, snares, immobilizes, blinds and silences for each nearby enemy champion. In addition, after receiving any said effects, Irelia reduces all in coming damage by 10%, lasting for 2 seconds after receiving the last status effect.

  • 1 champion: 10%
  • 2 champions: 25%
  • 3 champions: 40%


Bladesurge
RANGE: 650
COST: 40 energy
COOLDOWN: 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6
Bladesurge

Active: Irelia dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. This applies on-hit effects. If it kills the target, Bladesurge's cooldown refreshes, refunds 20 energy, and gives her 10% attack speed, stacking up to 3 times. If it kills an enemy champion, she immediately gains 3 stacks.

  • Physical Damage: 100% / 105% / 110% / 115% / 120% AD

Passive: Irelia increases her armor and magic resistance, and her autoattacks heal her based on maximum health.

Hiten Style (Offensive)
COST: 20 energy per second

Passive: Irelia's gains bonus attack damage and 100% Armor Penetration at the cost of energy per second.

  • Bonus Damage: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35


Equilibrium Strike

Equilibrium Strike

Active: Irelia pierces her target, dealing physical damage based on her missing health, and slowing the target by 60% for the duration. If the target has a higher health % than Irelia, she stuns the target for the same duration instead. Stunning her target refunds 35 energy.

  • Physical Damage: (3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 / 5 per missing health %) (+ 100% AD) (+ 50% AP)
  • Duration: 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2


Transcendent Blades
Transcendent Blades

Passive: Irelia summons up to four spirit blades, one after a few seconds, each increasing her healing and regeneration. Upon death, the spirit blades are consumed to heal Irelia, and may happen once every 120 seconds.

  • Bonus healing and regeneration: 4 / 6 / 8 %
  • Blade Heal: 75 / 125 / 175 (+ 100% AP)
  • New Blade: 25 / 20 / 15 seconds
Flight
RANGE: 1200
COST: 25 energy
COOLDOWN: 0.5

Active: Irelia fires a spirit blade, dealing physical damage to enemies they pass through, and she heals for 25% of that damage vs champions and 10% vs minions.

  • Physical Damage Per Blade: 80 / 120 / 160 (+ 50% AP) (+ 60% Bonus AD)
  • Maximum Physical Damage to One Target: 320 / 480 / 640 (+ 200% AP) (+ 240% Bonus AD)
