|(Innate): Irina's Blade empowers itself with the blood of it's victims, giving her a stack of 'Blood' for each minion/monster kill, and 5 stacks for a champion kill/assist. Each stack of Blood increases her healing and regeneration by 1.5%. Upon reaching 0 health, the blade consumes all stacks to rejuvenate it's master, healing her by 2% of her maximum health per remaining stacks, and may only happen once every 3 minutes. Irina's blade may store
stacks at a given time.|
|(Active): Irina's next attack causes her to swing her blade in an arc around her, dealing damage and applying on-hit effects. This ability reduces the cooldowns of her other abilities by 1 second by each champion hit, up to 3 seconds.
Irina's basic attacks reduce the cooldown of this ability by 1 second.
Physical Damage: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+1.2 per attack damage)
|(Active): Irina dashes towards the cursor, gaining bonus armor and magic resistance for 2 seconds. Upon colliding with an enemy champion, she drags them for the duration of the dash, knocking aside any minions or other champions caught in her path.
Cooldown: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 seconds
Physical Damage: 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage)
Resistance Boosts: 7 / 14 / 21 / 28 / 35 Armor and Magic Resistance
|Irina expends a charge of Blood to fire a shockwave in a straight line, damaging enemies caught in it's path. Enemies hit are given a 'Blood Burst' debuff for 4 seconds, which slows and gives bonus lifesteal to Irina and her allies who hit the debuffed champion. The effect may stack up to 3 times.
Magic Damage: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage)
Cooldown: 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 seconds
bonus lifesteal: 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 %
|(Active): Irina summons the sealed powers of her blade for a fatal strike. If her target dies, the energy used in the attack erupts into a huge shockwave, damaging all enemies hit. Each stack of blood increases the damage by 1%.
Physical Damage: 100 / 175 / 250 (+1.5 bonus attack damage) +10% target's maximum health
Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 Seconds
