Cho'Gath: Champion rework

The Goal of this Rework is:

1. Make Cho'Gath a Tank - Warden. To deal more damage to those who dive your allies (Tanks, Juggernauts, Divers, Fighters) but less to ADCs and APCs. He should be able to lead a charge (like Maokai, Alistar, Poppy) and be good at Peeling his allies.

2. Make more interactive passive in the lane and more reasonable passive ouside of the laning phase.

3. Move his current Q to his new E's passive to provide higher diversity in his kit = more depth and skill ceiling.

4. To differentiate him from other Tanks. Cho'Gath's role with his % true damages would be a Tank Buster.


STATISTICS:

HEALTH increased to 580 (+ 89)

HEALTH REGEN. increased to 10 (+ 0.95)

MANA increased to 320 (+ 45)

MANA REGEN. increased to 8.5 (+ 0.65)

ATTACK RANGE increased to 150

ATTACK DAMAGE decreased to 59 (+ 4)

ATTACK SPEED increased to 0.635 (+ 1.65%)

ARMOR increased to 27 (+ 4)

MOVE. SPEED decreased to 335

Increased Model Size by 15%


Carnivore
RANGE: 200 / 50
STATIC COOLDOWN: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12
Carnivore

Cho'Gath's basic attacks periodically gain bonus range and deal 45 - 155 (based on level) bonus magic damage. If Cho'Gath's target is an enemy champion, epic monster or tower, it deals 0 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2% bonus health per Feast.png Feast stack as additional magic damage, 「 doubled 」「 90 - 310 (based on level) (+ 0 / 3 / 3.5 / 4% bonus health) per Feast.png Feast stack 」 against towers.

If Cho'Gath successfully hits an enemy unit, he rips out a chunk of their flesh which lands beneath them and lasts 10 seconds. Cho'Gath can move over these chunks to consume them and restore 45 - 155 (based on level) health. If Cho'Gath's target is an enemy champion or epic monster, he rips out a larger chunk of their flesh which heals himself for additional 0 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2% missing health per Feast.png Feast stack.

Basic attacks reduce Carnivore's cooldown by 0.5 seconds, doubled to 1 against enemy champions and epic monsters.

Ability Details
Carnivore is an on-action effect.

Additional Information:

  • Enhanced attack uses Cho'Gath's critical strike animation.


Ferocious Charge

Soul Furnace 2

Active: Cho'Gath charges forward, becoming immune to crowd control effects for the duration and deals magic damage to all enemies along the way, Slow icon slowing them by 50% for 2 second. Afterwards, Cho'Gath is Slow icon slowed by 20% for 1 second.

  • Magic Damage: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 60% AP)

If Cho´Gath collides with the terrain or tower, he stops and creates a shock wave, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies. If he does so, Cho´Gath is also briefly Stun icon stunned for 0.25 seconds.

Feral Scream

Feral Scream

Active: Cho'Gath roars in the target direction, dealing magic damage to enemies in a cone (capped at 400 against minions and monsters).

  • Magic damage: 55 / 95 / 135 / 175 / 215 (+ 50% AP) (+ 10% of target's current health)

Enemies facing Cho'Gath Fear icon flee in terror for a short duration.

  • Flee: 1.1 / 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5

Enemies with their back turned to Cho'Gath are Silence icon silenced for a longer duration.

  • Silence: 1.5 / 1.625 / 1.75 / 1.875 / 2

Each Feast.png Feast stack increases Feral Scream's range.

Vorpal Spikes / Call Of The Void
RANGE: 500 / 175
Vorpal Spikes

Toggle: Cho'Gath's basic attacks each launch a volley of spikes in a line, dealing magic damage to enemies hit.

  • Magic damage: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+ 20% AP)
Rupture

Passive: After casting two abilities, Cho'Gath's next ability orCarnivore.png Carnivore is empowered, causing the certain area (based on the empowered ability used) to rupture after a 0.615 seconds delay, Airborne icon knocking up enemies hit for 1 second, Slow icon slowing them by 60% for 1.5 seconds afterwards and dealing magic damage.

  • Magic damage: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 40% AP)

Using empowered Carnivore.png Carnivore and Feast.png Feast ruptures the ground beneath Cho'Gath's target.

Using empowered Soul Furnace 2.png Ferocious Charge ruptures the ground where Cho'Gath stops.

Using empowered Feral Scream.png Feral Scream ruptures the ground beneath the first enemy champion, large or epic monster hit.

Ability Details

Additional Information:

  • Vorpal Spikes has no cast time and does not interrupt Cho'Gath's previous orders.
  • Rylai's Crystal Scepter item.png Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Liandry's Torment item.png Liandry's Torment's passives apply to every target hit by spikes.
  • Toggled abilities do not count as ability activations for the purposes of effects such as Spellblade or Force Pulse.png Force Pulse.
  • Cho'Gath's size factors into how wide of a hitbox Vorpal Spikes has. External site modifiers (Wild Growth.png Wild Growth) contribute.


Feast

COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 80 / 75 / 70
Feast

Active: Cho'Gath attempts to eat the target enemy, dealing true damage and healing himself for 30% of the damage done. Against non-champions the damage is increased to 1000 and killing one refunds 50 mana and halves Feast's cooldown.

  • True Damage to Champions: 17.5 / 20 / 22.5 % of target's maximum health

If Feast kills its target Cho'Gath gains 1 / 2 Feast stacks up to a maximum of 8. Cho'Gath loses half of his Feast stacks, rounded up, upon death.

Each stack grants him bonus health, bonus attack range, bonus Feast cast range and increased size.

Additional Information:

  • The health granted by active Feast stacks will increase as Cho'Gath ranks up the ability.
  • If an enemy's health is low enough that they will die from Feast a ring of glowing red teeth appears underneath them.
