Protogenesis Champion: Suggestions?

I'm making a champion based off of Emptylord's idea where a champion will be able to choose his abilities when he levels them for the first time (well in my interpertation, his wording was a touch different) and credit for the idea goes to him. Right now i really like the idea that he is a void champ, able to evolve like Kha'zix, however much more modifiable, as this character changes the abilties themselves. 

My idea right now is that each ability has a set of three possible abilties. One set will be for a tank with cc, one for a mobile assassin, and one for a an AD caster/bruiser. You can choose any of the abilities in any combination, every time you level your ult you may repick your abilities, and at 18 you can buy a cheap item to repick as well. This champion is way unfinished, and if you have any suggestions for me, on story, abilities (which i may not design all at one time), flavor, or his name (which i would love suggestions on) just pm me :)

The ult is most likely going to be a pick from three as the rest of the abilities, however I'd like some more feedback. Comment if you have an awesome ult!

Unknown Entity, Evolution Incarnate is a custom champion in League of Legends.

Abilities

Protogenesis

When Unknown Entity First levels up his abilities, and when he levels up his ult, a menu comes up similar to Kha'zix's when he levels his ult. It will provide three choices, a tanky/cc choice, a mobility/burst assassin choice, and a unique AD caster/bruiser choice. For each tank choice, he gains 10 bonus health per rank in that ability. For each assassin choice, he gains 1% attack speed per rank in that ability. For each bruiser choice he gains 2 AD per rank in that ability.


Mace Tail (tanky/cc q)

(Active): Unknown Entity grows a mace at the end of it's tail, allowing it to spin and mini-knockup all nearby enemies. (similar to Riven's third q)

 


Scything Tail (assassin q)
COOLDOWN:

(Active): Unknown Entity grows claws on it's tail, allowing it to slash enemies in a cone, dealing AD and bleeding enemies hit for AP. 

 


Spiked Tail (bruiser q)

(Active): Unknown Entity grows launchable spikes along it's tail, allowing it to fire a cone of spikes dealing hybrid damage

 


Crushing Grip (tanky/cc w)

(Active): Unknown entity grows large armored fists, allowing him to grab onto an enemy, dealing damage scaling with AD and armor, and stunning the enemy. 

 


Ripping Strikes (assassin w)

(Passive): Unknown Entity's claws curve, making him gain a stack of Ripping Strikes each time he hits an enemy. Each stack of Ripping Strikes causes his attacks to deal a percentage of the enemy's health and slow. Attack passive maxes at 2/3/4 stacks (or so). An enemy cannot have the slow effect applied more than the maximum stacks.

(Active): Unknown Entity grows powerful limbs, allowing him to spin and deal damage, decreasing the affected enemies' defenses. 

 


Ethereal Plating (tanky/cc e)

(Passive): Unknown Entity grows ethereal plating all over his body, increasing his armor and magic resist

 

(Active): Unknown Entity detonates his etheral plating, dealing damage based on it's magic resist and AP.


Adrenaline Infusion (assassin e)

(Active): Unknown Entity overdrives his bodily processes, leaping to the target and increasing his lifesteal and movement speed for the next few seconds.

 


Punishing Leap (bruiser e)

(Active): Unknown Entity grows leg muscles, allowing him to leap into the air and smash enemies in an aoe, 

 


Terrifying Charge (Tanky r)

Unknown Entity charges toward a target, knocking aside all characters in his path and dealing physical damage scaling with his health, then slams into his target, dealing damage scaling with AD and health


Evisceration (Assassin r)
COOLDOWN:

Unknown Entity pulls his target a short distance and attempts to rip them apart with his claws. He makes up to 3 basic attacks based on attack speed on the target before gouging the opponent for true damage scaling with AD.


Bonemasher (Bruiser r)

Unknown Entity stores up to two stacks of Bonemasher. He can expend these charges to destroy the area around him, dealing damage scaling with AD and knocking up all enemies in the area. The ability has a cooldown long enough that the stacks cannot be used in rapid succession. (4-8 seconds)
