Active: Zhorteff charges energy into a ball that lands in a target location. Enemies hit with the ball take magic damage and a linked to the center for 3 seconds, unable to leave the ball. After 3 seconds enemies are dealt more magic damage.
Active: Zhorteff empowers himself with the full power of his magic gaining attack speed and ability power for 6 seconds. The large burst of magic deals heavy magic damage to nearby enemies. During the duration, the effects of Zhorteff's passive are doubled.
