Blood Contract: Urazmus binds himself to an allied champion. Afterwords another champions may bind themself to him as well, with a maximum of 2 bound allies. As long as a bound ally is in the general area, Urazmus can’t bring an enemy champion below a certain percent of their max health, and every time he deals damage, 25% of that damage is turned into stacks of Helping Hand. These stacks burst when a bound ally deals damage to the marked enemy or when the marked enemy leaves combat, dealing true damage per stack. If a bound ally kills the enemy, you two split the experience and gold in their favor depending on their level.
Urazmus cannot bring enemies below 15/10/5% of the targets max health.

The next basic attack lunges at the target, dealing a percentage of target’s max health as physical damage for every kill and assist they have, with a minimum of 2% and a maximum of 40%. Uses current health if a bound champion is nearby, and increases min. and max. to 4% and 60%
Deals 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5% (+0.75% AD) per kill.
Deals 0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9% per assist.
Attacks heal heal for a percentage of your max health. As long as bound allies are around, attacks also heal for a percentage of the damage dealt and heals nearby bound allies for the total amount. 4 second cool down. CDR is only 50% effective on Vampiric Aspect.
Heals for 4/5/6/7/8% max health heal on auto attack.
Heals for 30/35/40/45/50% of the damage dealt.
(Passive) Basic attacks apply a stack of Laceration. Laceration stacks deal physical damage over 7.5 seconds. The duration is increased by 0.75 seconds for every other stack, up to 10 stacks. Stacks are removed for every second of increased healing and per instant heal and do not interrupt channels. Bound allies gain 10% additional movement speed towards marked enemy champions.
(Active): Urazmus and surrounding bound allies gain additional attack and movement speed for every stack of Laceration applied to surrounding enemies. Stacks applied to surrounding minions give less bonuses.

Urazmus leaves a ghost where he is and gains +30/45/60% movement speed for the next 12 seconds. The next time he damages an enemy champion, both him and the target blink back to his ghost and are both suppressed for several seconds. The enemy is invulnerable for the duration. Bound allies in the area are given a chance to teleport to you. If any do, Helping Hand stacks are applied to the enemy champion and the suppression and invulnerability are ended. If none do, you deal physical damage to them after the suppress.
