(Active): Werlat summons a fire totem which deals 75/100/125 (+30% of his ability power) each second magic damage to all enemies within range and taunt them for 2 seconds. An enemy can be taunt only 2 times by the same fire totem.

I imagine him as a froglike shaman comming from the Plague Jungles.
