Tzaro is a melee mage who does primarly magic damage. He is somewhat heavy do to the fact that some of his skills require you to be in melee range. 2 of his abilties have secondary effects meaning he can dealing a alot of damage over the course of a few seconds. Tzaro also has very few escape options while also being a melee caster postioning will be key in playing him well.

Elemental Bulwerk(passive): Tzaro gains increased armor based on 20% of his MR and MR based of 20% of his armor (does not stack with its self)

Lightning Fist: Tzaros Next attack will deal his attack damage plus bonus magic damage and send a blast of lightning (range of 600) outwards. (Intial damage 50/70/90/110/130, Blast damage 40/70/100/130/160, CD 10/9/8/7/6, AP on Intial .4 scaling, ap on blast .7 scaling, Manacost 50/50/50/50/50)

Combust: Places a DoT on a target dealing magic damage over 5 seconds, when combust expires it will deal adtional magic damage to the target and any one around the target. ( DoT dmg 70/100/130/160/190, Explosion damage 90/110/130/150/170, Ap scaling on both .4, CD 12/11/10/9/8 Manacost 45/55/65/75/85)

Fault Line: Marks a area in a line with fault line after a short delay rocks will come out of the ground knocking all targets on fault line up and dealing magic damage.( Damage 50/100/150/200/250, CD 18/16/14/12/10, Ap scaling .6, Mana cost 100/100/100/100/100

Elemental Rage: When activated all of Tzaro's spells have bonus effects: Lightning fists blast will shoot 3 blasts in a cone (Targets can only be hit once!) Combust will deal the damage over 2 seconds instead of 5 and Fault Line will have no delay and also stun target for a short duration. Addtionaly Tzaro will have all his normal spells cooldowns reduced by 1 every time he uses a spell while this effect is active( Lasts 7 seconds, CD 160/130/100, ana cost none

I found it difficult making a champion who had 2 spells in one without making him OP if you have any suggestions for this champion please leave your feedback and tell me what i can do to improve him thanks!
