Silya, the Faerie Queen is a custom champion inspired by Lulu (Faerie theme) and by Azir (abilities)
Innate: The Faerie Guard, Silya's companion, stores 1 Faerie Essence(maximum of 5) everytime a Fae Spirit or Faerie Guard hits an enemy champion through Silya's abilities. At maximum, the stored Faerie Essences are converted to a spell shield that blocks the next enemy ability.

First Active: Targets one Fae Spirit or Faerie Guard by default for 5 seconds. If a Fae Spirit is targeted, it becomes invulnerable and disabled. If the Faerie Guard is targeted, Reinforcement is disabled.
Second Active: Commands the chosen Fae Spirit or Faerie Guard to fly towards the target location, damaging all enemies it passes through and silences enemy champions hit for 1.5 seconds.
COST: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 mana
Active: Summons a Fae Spirit and guards the area where it is summoned until Silya moves too far away from it. If an enemy champion is within the spirit's range, it becomes aggressive and will attack. Fae Spirits are only vulnerable within its range (except for turrets) and will die if attacked twice by an enemy champion or once by a tower.
There can only be 5 Fae Spirits present on the field. If multiple spirits attack the same target, each spirit after the first deals 25% damage.
COST: 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 +5 for each Fae Spirit mana
Active: Commands all Fae Spirits to dance around Silya in a circle. If there are no present Fae Spirits on the field, the command will be executed by the Faerie Guard instead. While active, all Fae Spirits or the Faerie Guard cannot be used for Royal Command. Enemies that come in contact with the faeries receive magic damage.
